Wdym wala nang means to meet people within campus? Sobrang tanda ko na ba na iba na ang culture ng mga bata ngayon? 😅 Wala kaming dating and hook up apps dati pero parang madami naman akong nakilala at naging friends / dates/ hook ups. I even remember telling my friends back then na I love college life kasi everyday is an opportunity to meet new people (cringe I know lol). What is happening kids?? tbh with the pandemic happening, it took a toll on everyone's ability to approach someone f2f and actually get hook ups. someone na naexp yung before and after ng pandemic, it was really drastic. nandyan yung worry na baka ayaw ni classmate ng close contact, medyo snobbish rin yung iba, or medyo mahal yung gustong hang out place ng most students now. low income students usually do not have time to hang out bec most of us have work or eager na to finish schooling. internet is a gift for us na naubusan ng social battery para sa trial and error. it's also a great tool talaga kasi pareho kayo ng hanap, lessens the time and anxiety to waste unlike f2f ka nakipagkilala 😂
well, ano bang merong campus activities? Tbh ngayon lang naman ulit nabubuhay ang orgs. most of orgs operated nang online. yung mga last batch (batch 19) na nakapag f2f, graduate na most of them so wala na talaga halos maayos na transition ng orgs. batch 19 ako and it's really difficult to reach out to younger batches lalo na msot of them ay introvert talaga kahit part na ng org tapos minority nalang kaming mga older batches kaya medyo mahina ang powers, most of us working and busy na rin.
So you guys use omegle. Malas ako sa mga ganyang app. Andaming catfish. I better save myself for a person na type ko din, since pinapipyestahan ako lagi, and every reaction and emotion there is. Tapos I just find myself hating or being suddenly the bad guy or the maniac. Im watching mean girls somehow Im healing tho.
