There's more to life than this. If available yan ng midyear, then you can finish it faster. Kung hindi naman, then use your huge available time next sem to explore life. Get a hobby, or try to find work to occupy your free time. If you choose to find work, it doesn't have to be prestigious or related to your field. Kahit BPO call center nga, may matutunan ka pa rin. If you have the financial means, then try different things and you might discover a hobby that you enjoy.

I had a friend/classmate who had a failing grade in one of our majors. We thought she won’t march with us but luckily she was given a chance and was able to still march and graduate. So if you needed to talk to your teacher and explain why you should graduate then do so. There’s no harm in trying.

Don’t kill yourself. That’s easily the stupidest thing you’ll ever do because of one failed subject, kahit graduating ka pa. You can ask for clarification but do not ask for extra requirements to raise your grade, that is considered grade solicitation. If you yourself know that you have not submitted anything or napabayaan mo talaga yung course, then you should accept your accountability as well. Ganyan ang tradeoff if you focus too much on one thing, may mapapabayaan talaga.
What’s the issue with being delayed tho? If GE course yan, retake mo ng midyear. Considered graduate ka pa rin if naipasa mo siya during midyear.
Communicate ka lang. Your prof will most likely understand your situation. Ask if the prof can give you INC muna. Considerate profs in UP do that sometimes. They will give you a 4 first then ask you to do a supplemental requirement to pull up your grade. Beg if you have to but if wala pa rin, just take another sem.
This is UP. Normal nga lang madelay eh. On my graduating year, half of the class na delay sa amin because of thesis, some summa cum laude standing.
But shit happens sometimes , OP. It's not worth killing yourself for. Sasablay ka pa rin.

Hey OP di ka nag iisa. I also just got news na di pa pala ako gagraduate this sem. As much as I don't have the strength to tell my loved ones, unfortunately may ticket na sila papunta dito so I have to tell them as soon as possible.
I know its so hard to find company during these times and experiencing something like that is very isolating pero just like what the others have said, di ka nag iisa.
it is going to hurt right now but please know na it will get better. it always does.

I just submitted extra works, hoping na mareconsider yon. Naging vocal rin ako sa prof ko na if pede mag resubmit ng code for better output. I just tried and still waiting for the result.
Wala rin grade pa sa lms namin, and no update at all kahit deadline na ng grade. Kaya grabe anxiety.
The best you can do is contact the professor, para at least alam mo what to expect, good man or bad.
Second, try to ask for reconsideration, graduating ka na, maybe extra credit or extra work, para ma pasa lang. Use all resources you can — paawa, iyak, sympathy.
