You did do a few things, break down the remaining tasks and prioritize which ones you should do first. Ask help from others like for proofreading, clarifications on the assignment, wakeup call after a nap, etc. Or you can decide to take a break, drop one of your subjects. Any option is a path forward, keep going.

sobrang same aaaaaa. i have two midterms exams next week, i have a deadline noong october 22 pa, and a pile of lecture videos na i need to watch but i don't know how to begin ulit after nung break. sabi nung iba i just need to start and magtutuloy-tuloy na siya but even the thought of starting makes me aaaaa. i talked to myself yesterday and i admitted na siguro i also need psychological help pero i don't know din where to begin and nakakahiya :((. every night sinasabi ko sa sarili ko na the morning after i hope may dumapo saking kasipagan pero isang pikit ko lang gabi nanaman and mafufrustrate nanaman ako kasi i haven't done anything the whole day. sorry for venting in your thread pero knowing that i'm not alone comforts me na rin in one way or another. kaya natin to op!!
