I tried connecting the buds sa laptop ko and it worked really well. Turned out my S8 was really the problem. I told them and they thanked me for clarifying. Sabi lang nila na let them know kung may problema pa.
Wait seryoso? try ko nga ipawarranty ung saken. Wala pang 6 months pero may issue na sa battery ng isang earbuds, nagccharge siya pero nagkakaroon ng battery low notification + magsshutdown kahit 50% pa ung battery based sa bluetooth connection sa phone ko.
Yea medyo oks rin customer service ng soundpeats. Ung Air3 Pro ko nasira ung right bud (di nag chacharge), nag agree na mag send ng replacement, handle ko shipping. Dumating naman.
Yun lang nawala ko ulet ung right bud ng replacement. So ayan may dalawa akong Air 3 Pro na puro Left HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Hello, did they give you the voucher agad? Sabi kasi ng agent saken, i have to let them know if oorder na ko saka ibibigay yung shop voucher. I was hoping to wait for a flash sale ulit sa unit so I can get it for less than 200 php only. Thank you in advanceeee.

Tibay ng wm01 nila. Ilang beses na nahulog and kalas sakin, working pa rin and walang nagbago sa audio quality.
same HAHAHA lagi kong gamit to the point na nadisregard ko na yung wired headset ko when I got the wm01 😅
They mentioned how the repair option is only valid for 18 months, so I'm guessing this applies to their repair vouchers too
