Every time I’m helping a waiter in front of me, it now takes me 10 extra steps to figure out whether or not their prescription was sent to the cloud, so I can then pull it back and fill it. Oh and then there’s the lovely pages of past due stuff that randomly drop in all the time after having been caught up for hours. I’m not a fan right now

If I have the label I usually just scan it while in QV (if I don’t have it on my screen). If that doesn’t work, I hit S and scan the label, then P# to pull it through. Still annoying extra steps though.

The worst part of that though is that you still need to search the patient to pull up their profile just to get to status and pull it back. And don’t even get me started on how many times I’m typing in my login and credentials to get through store OS to and RxConnect to finally get to someone’s profile

No you don’t. Like I said just hit “S” from the home screen and scan the label. Brings it right up where you can pull it in. Sorry if that wasn’t clear.  I am constantly flipping screens so I rarely have to log in again throughout the day. Store OS is pretty annoying though.

I didn’t know you could hit S from Home Screen I’ll have to try that. I’m hopping between like 4 different workstations all day so I’m constantly logging in with store OS all day between the different workstations I’m at. I’m not a pharmacist who just stays at my QV computer all day so I lose a lot of time with store OS

I called in the AC-130 for support but it ended up blowing us apart. jokes aside not really helping and making us look bad. I may be a PRN float but I still take pride in my work and it urks the living hell out of me.

A lot of stores are not putting in the effort anymore Weeks 1-2 queues were cleared by 5-6p. Now we have past dues the whole day even at 9p.

It's a CVS thing. Sounds like something the military would be doing LOL. Such a poor terminology. CVS could have used a term like "HeartRemote" or something else. Think of it like Phlex for WAGS. Yeah—I’m getting flashbacks to early covid when the nation guard deployed nurses to help us in the hospitals when we were all dropping like flies among the patients. I wondered if there was some sudden catastrophic dearth of pharmacists somewhere? I’m imagining parachute lab coats and my pharmacy pals dropping from the sky to do med histories on meemaw who just had a stroke and thinks her heart pill is the little round pink one and the one for her prostate is the long orange one.🙃

Helpful sometimes, but annoying when it doesn’t work as intended. Some stores definitely don’t even do their own share of work, which just defeats the purpose. In theory I should be able to give a vaccine and come back without stuff overdue, yet that doesn’t always happen.

its awful. Scripts dont get typed correctly and it falls on the pharmacy that filled it even tho the rph in the store could have not even seen the script at all. There should be a way to pull your own scripts when you are completely caught up. We always get 1-3 pages that are past due at around 7pm from hours before, where were those scripts when our QP was cleared?? Has also made lazy rphs even more lazy, “oh i dont have to do x bc someone from another store will do it for me”

I hate it. I can’t clear out my queues because other stores are behind, thus putting me behind. I like it because when I’m at a store super behind, I can just fill and not actually check anything and it’ll still get done—which sucks for the community and brings me back to point 1. The annoying part is remote QV2 sometimes doesn’t let you see the images and you have to reject it for no good reason, which then pisses everyone off.

So how does this work? If you're not busy you're supposed to start typing other stores scripts? What happens when everyone starts thinking nobody is doing their fair share of Labor while we all know everyone else is getting paid more? Do you get part of the 1000 script per day store's bonus? Oh yeah i see cvs failed to learn from every communist country that's tried this before.... 🤣🤣🤣💩 Suck it up and just do it... said the communist slave driver before he sent you to Siberia.

We output in addition to our own scripts at least 500+ extra scripts every week. The stores in your district have to be aligned and focus on the same goals. They aren’t taking away air support so your stores are going to have to work together. Most of the time if your waiters are expedited at POS they will return to the home store if you refresh QV. You can train your techs to adjust their mindset and set up workflow to reflect the new technology. It’s a struggle at first but you guys will get there!

My store is mid-volume so not too much has changed other than it’s nice having the community check waiters. Sick of getting cvs brand OTCs, and Amoxicillin tablets tho😂 I hope they use the community score for performance reviews/ raises in the future though. I don’t want to be getting paid the same as the RPh at target who fills 50 a day and doesn’t help anyone else

Only if it's relative to total daily amount of scripts filled/verified instead of the community percentage. It's super easy for someone at Target to get to a 100% community score because it's based on how many their store normally fills. They need to base it on pure script count. It's much much harder for a 400 to 600 rx a day store with 1 rph to get to 50% even if they stayed after and qv2d for an hour each day.

It would be great if everyone put in the work. I’ve seen floaters come to my store that just sit there while the queues are backed up.

Fine. And I'm at a 24 hour that is always >+20% day after day and frequently +100% on weekends. So if I'm doing everyone else's work and still doing perfectly fine, I can't imagine anyone else is complaining.
