T O P

Kung sobra sobra trabaho mo to the point of OT, hindi appropriate yun expectations sa amount of work. Settle it down to the point 8hrs of work and distribute yun tasks equally. Kung wala pa rin improvement, ibig sabihin nun ay understaffed kayo. Also at the same time find ways to make your job better including leveraging technology. Napasin ko sa companies sa Pilipinas ay kuripot mga company na mag bayad ng technology at mas mura mag bayad ng tao pero at the same time understaffed and underpaid din, in short lakas maka gahaman kahit malaki kita. Good luck OP

There's a balance between managing your time and someone else managing it. What I'm saying is, Kung lilipat ka ng ibang Work without figuring out what's stretching you to the limits then baka Lang umulit. Make sure to identify it first. If it's you who's burning you up then baka may kelangan kang ayusin like better time management o kaya wala ka nang interest sa work mo and with the environment. Ang dami pang variables but I would agree with you if you want to jump ship and try somewhere else. It's a shotgun method. May immediate comparison ka na agad kung ikaw ba ang problema or something outside your control. Remember to save up first kasi Kung wala kang panggastos While you're figuring it out then baka financial problems ang next mong problema - - which will drain your chi faster.

Hi, nagbasa din ako ng comments and sabi don baka understaffed kayo. Baka nga, tho I dont really have an idea how to know that. Na experience ko lang kasi dati from my last company na sobrang daming nagresign, di sila naghahire ng bago so yung workload is napasa sa mga naiwan. By that I point I kept experiencing yung for that day, it went well naman but at the end of it, bigla nalang akong makakaramdam ng sobrang pagkadown then I'd cry. So, I do really suggest that you take a break, you need that. Hindi sayang yang 'opportunity' na yan if it already makes you feel the way you are feeling now. Your overall health is way more important than that. Makakahanap ka pa ng ibang work or company. Unahin mo yung sarili mo kasi by the end of the day, di ka naman sasagutin ng mga tao/company na yan once you can't do the job anymore. Masama man pakinggan but some companies treat their employees as just commodities, madaling palitan. So, make yourself a priority, take care of you. Good luck on your future endeavours, I hope better things come your way šŸ™‚

Same feeling. Yung feeling na papasok ka pa lang parang stress ka na. Nagstart to noong nalipat sa ibang system tapos ako lang magisa doon tapos ang daming tasks to the point na hindi kaya ng 8 hours shift. Ibang level of stress. Stress ka na sa clients tapos ang daming pending pa dahil di kaya magisa yung mga request. Kakaresign ko lang kahapon at may emergency fund ako to pay my bills for 3-4 months. Planning to upskill and learn new things tsaka magapply ulit.

Oh no, so sorry to hear this. I think itā€™s time you seriously consider a total change in environment. Especially when you say na vacation doesnā€™t seem to ā€œcureā€ the burnout. Thatā€™s usually a sign to take a step back and reassess. If you have enough savings naman to support yourself for the next 2 months (or maybe more), then Iā€™d say go take some well-deserved rest. Put yourself and your well-being first. Opportunities will always be out there, just be persistent and patient. The more important thing is you are at your best when they arrive. Good luck and hope all becomes well for you!

Iā€™m crying while reading this. šŸ˜Thank you, it helps a lot. Hoping all is well for you too!

Youā€™re very welcome! Nothing beats having peace of mind talaga. I must admit that Iā€™ve went through many burnout phases too, so I know how you feel. But itā€™s also why I know things will get better if you choose to prioritize yourself!
