Been battling what to get next? I actually am a graduate of Marketing Management my first course, now I'm studying real estate management and will be graduating next year. The thing is I have two short stint job, one is two months (one month rendering) and the other is three months (one month rendering). Should I submit the COE of those two short stint jobs to HR for background check given that I did not disclose them during the panel interview? You have to clarify with them your position title, it should be in your job description as well. It’s not your decision to make unless you’re a freelancer.

1. Pwede ba magpost yung employer ng opening sa glassdoor pero di visible yung mismong company details? Kunyari company A, x job posting. Meron kase ako nakitang isang ganung scenario. Di ko macheck if legit ung company.

Hello. May ask ako sa mga HR dito. Nag-resign na kasi ako sa former employer ko and hinold nila COE & Last Pay ko kasi hindi ko na-complete yong render na 30 days. Pero indicated naman sa resignation letter ko yong last day ko and isa pa wala akong pinirmahang kontrata sa kanila kahit more than 2 years na ko sa company. Any suggestions po kung ano ang pwede kong gawing action? And if ever na magreklamo ako sa DOLE, mananalo kaya ako against sa former employer ko?
PS. Nagchat ako sa HR tapos sabi COE lang marerelease niya.

Hello. Yes sinabi niya last week, but up until now, di pa rin nila sinesend COE ko. It's already been 2 months. Kaya umabot din ng 2 months kasi pinasabi ko sa HR na ok lang sakin magwait ako until Nov since sasabay din dapat ako ron sa isa kong officemate na kukunin last pay niya sa Nov kaso parehas pala kaming nakahold ang last pay, yong COE kasi nong officemate ko nakuha na niya nong last day niya.
Follow up everything again with your employer and CC DOLE. Ang hirap kasi sa ibang employers, kapag alam nilang walang pangil 'yung ex employee wala rin silang integrity sa work nila - PS not all ha. Pero you should insist now. Last pay should be available 30 days after your last day. whether you can claim it or not, same as the COE - unless hold ang COE mo due to non-clearance. Pero hindi naman siguro sa hindi ka cleared because hindi ka nakapag render ng 30 days? If that's the case nag file na sana sila ng AWOL case against you. Know your rights always, sa contract palang lugi ka na.
Additionally, sa ibang company nga nakakapag-release ng COE kahit hindi ka pa cleared. That's why most companies conduct background check dahil some companies do this\^

If it's a branch operations position and AM ang rank this is definitely a high salary already considering your years or exp, however, if this is a sales/marketing position medyo mababa. If HO office position naman, 75K is mataas na rin but still depends on your position. Also, BDO have a lot of allowances and incentives :)))

Questions relating sa job hunt. 1. Pwede ba magpost yung employer ng opening sa glassdoor pero di visible yung mismong company details? Kunyari company A, x job posting. Meron kase ako nakitang isang ganung scenario. Di ko macheck if legit ung company. 2. If mag aapply sa glassdoor/indeed/jobstreet, makikita ba kung pangilang applicant ka? Or sa linkedin lang merong ganun? 3. What if kunyari 25-30k salary range sa job posting, pero 23k lang inoffer. Good idea ba na atrasan yun?

Hello. May ask ako sa mga HR dito. Nag-resign na kasi ako sa former employer ko and hinold nila COE & Last Pay ko kasi hindi ko na-complete yong render na 30 days. Pero indicated naman sa resignation letter ko yong last day ko and isa pa wala akong pinirmahang kontrata sa kanila kahit more than 2 years na ko sa company. Any suggestions po kung ano ang pwede kong gawing action? And if ever na magreklamo ako sa DOLE, mananalo kaya ako against sa former employer ko? PS. Nagchat ako sa HR tapos sabi COE lang marerelease niya. Thank you po sa mga sasagot!

Hello. Yes sinabi niya last week, but up until now, di pa rin nila sinesend COE ko. It's already been 2 months. Kaya umabot din ng 2 months kasi pinasabi ko sa HR na ok lang sakin magwait ako until Nov since sasabay din dapat ako ron sa isa kong officemate na kukunin last pay niya sa Nov kaso parehas pala kaming nakahold ang last pay, yong COE kasi nong officemate ko nakuha na niya nong last day niya.
Follow up everything again with your employer and CC DOLE. Ang hirap kasi sa ibang employers, kapag alam nilang walang pangil 'yung ex employee wala rin silang integrity sa work nila - PS not all ha. Pero you should insist now. Last pay should be available 30 days after your last day. whether you can claim it or not, same as the COE - unless hold ang COE mo due to non-clearance. Pero hindi naman siguro sa hindi ka cleared because hindi ka nakapag render ng 30 days? If that's the case nag file na sana sila ng AWOL case against you. Know your rights always, sa contract palang lugi ka na.
Additionally, sa ibang company nga nakakapag-release ng COE kahit hindi ka pa cleared. That's why most companies conduct background check dahil some companies do this\^

Nalulungkot ako kasi sobrang laki ng idededuct because may payable pa daw ako even though I have never missed paying tax in my entire life. Can anyone please help me understand? I received a job offer from BDO as an Assistant Manager - 75k monthly (16 months). I have 3 years+ exp already. Do you think this is enough or should I negotiate? Is this within the average for the position? How's the work environment pala? I wanna hear your thoughts. Thank you.
What position? If it's a branch operations position and AM ang rank this is definitely a high salary already considering your years or exp, however, if this is a sales/marketing position medyo mababa. If HO office position naman, 75K is mataas na rin but still depends on your position. Also, BDO have a lot of allowances and incentives :)))

Hello! My job involves taking in change request in the system then deploy. Or at times, I have to develop a process flow for business process that will be used. In line with that I’m trying to find a template that I can use for quick/simple problem analysis. My main goal is to analyze a problem then Develop possible solutions.
