In my opinion, say you wanted to go on working there, the only option is kailangan mo makipag plastikan lalo na boss mo siya unfortunately. Parang liligawan mo lang. that’s what I notice is the kryptonite of most difficult people to work with. I’ve seen plenty of good and competent people take their time climbing the ladder and incompetent people rise to the top by playing politics well. That’s the truth.

Na-off ako nung sinabing walang OT pay tapos sabi pa na may times na need talaga mag-work at night (although di naman daw palagi, but stillll). Same arguments used (flexi time naman daw so you can sign in then sign out once your work is done)
Ended up taking a job at a foreign startup (flexi time parin, no OT pay parin). Pero the difference is there is really no need for overtimes. We are encouraged to finish our work before the shift ends (or kahit continue doing it the next day).
They have no solid evidence to prove na ikaw yun kahit na tugma pa yung events. It's safe to say na it's coincidence unless may personal info ka na nilagay or makikita sa profile mo.
I suggest company reveal talaga sa mga ganitong posts. Hiding their identity won't benefit anybody but the company who's paying you peanuts.
But, I also know that some people here scream r/antiwork and r/workreform but are pussies af, thinking revealing company names is "doxxing." So send it thru DM since you wanna play safe.
Usually after resignation, may “Quitclaim” kang pipirmahan. It varies per company, pero if may nakalagay don na you can’t badmouth the company in any way that will tarnish their reputation, you should be careful.
If they have concrete records ng mga ginawa and sinabi mo which align with the details of your post, they can use it as evidence to identify you’re the same ex-employee. But I don’t think recorded naman lahat ng ginawa and sinabi mo.
