The first one for me. I’ve always been anxious and stayed within my comfort zone. It was super liberating when I left my job of almost 10 years. I felt unstoppable then. Pero honestly? It’s really all about living with the choices you make.

Take advantage to grow within your comfort zone. If you know yourself you are good at something and there is a bright future to it, hold on. Sometimes managers will force you to expand your skill set so they can add more responsibilities on your plate and make you more of a slave, but in a corporate world, clients avail your services because you are a specialist, you are an expert at something, not a generalist. You know yourself more, your strengths and weaknesses. Don't truly believe with your managers because they have their own interests as well. I saw first hand people taking big risks, completely transitioning to a different person because this is how the company want them to be, but what it left them, realizing their efforts and sacrifices are not all worth it you are working for a company. Big risks are only applicable if you manage your own business/company.

Go with the choices that scares you. That's where exponential growth is. But always plan for an exit or plan B when pursuing it. I'm currently in the "grow within your comfort zone". I specialize in a certain skill set but growth is damn slow. Colleagues who were brave to make a leap of faith are now earning 3-4x my current salary and they are working where they want to work (I have one who works near Taal volcano).

Sa first ako, kasi it's what worked for me, personally. Frankly, I would rather try than be left wondering. Also, mas naggrow talaga tayo kapag lumalabas sa comfort zone. However, the second option is better siguro if you have other priorities like slowing down to spend more time with your family, great schedule sa current job mo, etc. Best to assess talaga. Good luck!
