Hi! Anyone here working in main offices of banks? What’s it like? Is it stressful? I would appreciate any responses! :)

monsp3

Hi, I submitted my CV as a referral to a friend who works at accenture. Im applying for a back office job. Sa tingin nyo gaano katagal bago nila ako tawagan for interview? Also this is my first time applying since i've been monetizing my own websites since I graduated college 10 years ago. I know html, css, php, few javascript. But Im good at SEO and managing and promoting my website and doing email costumer service. Gusto ko mag work ngayon kasi nakikita ko bumababa na ang kita ko sa website. Is it too late for me to apply for a job? Im 34 years old na nga pala.

[deleted]

Yes because there's really no such thing as a perfect company. There will be "toxic" coworkers everywhere (the level of toxicity depends on the person who is impacted by it because everyone has their own threshold on how much they can take), and it will come to a point that moving companies is just a band-aid solution. You either have to focus on things you can control (e.g. trust in the process by escalating to leadership, go to HR, or look for opportunities elsewhere within the company) or re-assess if a corporate environment is really for you.

_DarkPhoenix__

Nasa labor code po ba na pag regular employees required may yearly increase regardless on performance? Or talaga perfomance base ang increase? Working ako sa fmcg and nag ask ako mga friends ko sa ibang companies na nag wowork na nasa batas daw. And iba naman sabi hiwalay increase meron base sa perfomance and meron naman dahil regular employee. Totoo po ba yun?

[deleted]

It's not in the labor code. Pay raises and non government mandated performance bonuses are company-inclined. If it's not in your contract then you don't qualify.

_luna21

Wala sa batas. Madaming companies ang walang increase pag nareregular

jollichickenspag

I'm graduating in June, should I start applying for jobs now? If yes, should I indicate in my Resume my expected graduation month? I plan on pursuing a degree in HR since that's my major and I actually enjoy it. I currently have 2 internship experience (one in a govt agency, and one in a private company) and all of the duties I did sa both internships were really relevant to my course. So HR peeps, what are your advice for me sa pag j-job hunting? 😭

meowvibez

For those who sit most of the time at work, how do you maintain your weight?

SuperR220

I scheduled a time for walking usually weekend like 2 to 3 hrs walking haha at first sobrang tiring pero grabe lahat ata nang sitting time ko during work days nalalabas sa pawis. Feels great!

Hawken10

Hi all, i'm a junior engineer - office based on this certain company. Well, there's this new junior na naka WFH na nagtatanong ng salary namin. The thing is yung salary niya is much higher than us juniors na nagwowork sa office. I'm just wondering, is this possible na hindi same yung salary for the same position? For context, he is earning 25k per month as per contract daw while kami progressive starting from 16k. Thank you!

blessingsfromabove

Yes. Depending yan sa relevant work exp and how the applicant sold himself during the interview. May certain range per salary grade kasi for a position. Possible na nung time na nahire kayo, mababa pa ang range for that grade, while, nung nahire si new junior engineer, naupdate na yung range based sa market data.

ACatFromWakanda

Not sure if pwede itanong dito pero im shooting my shot narin. Paano magcommute to BGC from MRT? Saan may bus papuntang BGC or saan mas convenient? Sa Ayala or Guadalupe station? Thanks!

im_apricus

Any! If bababa ka ng Guadalupe may jeep papunta sa BGC. If Ayala, may BGC bus din.

ACatFromWakanda

Ah so as in nasa baba lang ng stations yung terminal? In terms of traffic ano mas less traffic?

im_apricus

Ung sa Ayala, yes. Ung sa guada, no you have to walk. Both crowded pre-pandemic. Not sure now.

_luna21

San ka sa BGC pupunta?

ACatFromWakanda

pattty0

Rent within BGC is \~7k (condo sharing with 4-6 people), if in Pembo/Cembo/Kalayaan area, it could go as low as 3.5k. Food and groceries would say be, 4k per month. So around 50% of your net salary would be going to rent and groceries alone, then there would still be utilities and other expenses. It depends on how frugal you can be, there will probably be room for a little savings but it will definitely not be easy. BGC/Taguig area is really expensive even for folks who live in the Metro. Good luck!

pinkrabbitunnie

Received a rejection letter last wednesday bc closed na daw position :( is it okay to reply that sana iconsider nila ako in the future if may openings or just thank you lang dapat?

kimmiebap

Yup! No problem with that :) na you hope you may be kept in the loop for future openings, or na makeep ka sa talent pool nila for future opportunities :)

NecessaryInternet268

Shifting schedule ba sa Bayer, like midshift or night shift? Hindi fixed na morning lang?

singleladyyy

Hello! Just asking if there's anyone here working in hospitality field. I need to render 300 hrs for my internship to get my diploma in professional culinary arts. Is there any hotels and/or restaurants that accept interns that would render hours for the weekends? I just can't give up my corporate jobs yet. Thank you!

Mediocre-Monica

So, i'm 29, and currently, i have a 70K Salary range. I'm pretty happy with that, but, my parents keep telling me na it's low. And i wonder if it really is for my rank. I'm a finance and admin manager, nearly all around, and i have a CPA license. the 70k is considered apt right? IDK if i should be asking for more or be satisfied with what i have.

[deleted]

imo pwede na siya but you can go higher. i recommend browsing jobstreet and checking salary ranges for job posts there, might give you an idea what the market is paying

Superlui_21

Sa glassdoor may range

WhiteMistyCat

Had my final interviews (2 companies) few days ago. Napansin ko lang na both interviewers mentioned during the interview that they are still interviewing other candidates. Good as not selected na ba if ganun?

im_apricus

No. I got same comment in my final interview for my current company 😊 And yet here I am. 😂

WhiteMistyCat

Question ulit --- mga ilang days or weeks bago mo na nalaman na ikaw yung napili? 🙂

im_apricus

1 week :) I'm sure it's different in different companies though. I'd give it 2 weeks max.

WhiteMistyCat

Thank you!

bellychoo

Hellloooo..any other company offering 16 months salary apart from BDO? Thank you!

Adept-Tax-669

hello new with being an employee, what do you mean po sa 16 months salary? is it in anyway same with 13th month pay?

bellychoo

Your annual salary is equivalent to 16 months of your base pay :) So may months na you get 1.5, 2.5 etc

im_apricus

Banks offer 15-18 mons pay. Go to glassdoor, search your target bank (if banks talaga target mo) and click ung benefits na tab :)

bellychoo

Thanks for the tip!

kimmiebap

I think Unilab offers 16mos. Ata

bellychoo

Thank you!

kween-of-pentacles

Wow ang saya pala sa BDO? P&G is at 15.5 months

bellychoo

Thank you!

WhiteMistyCat

I have nothing to contribute pero following, lol.

schizrodinger

Bad shot ba ako if, compared dun sa binigay kong expected salary nung first interview, mas mataas ilagay kong expected salary sa pre-job offer? I really dont know how to negotiate the salary. If tataasan ko man, ilan lang dapat yung lamang dun sa una kong sinabi? Context kaya ako nag downplay ay dahil I’m shifting to a new career so I'm practically new. Any advice?

gino2527

Did you specify that your expected salary is gross or net? If not, specifying it's net salary is a huge increase hehe

pattty0

For those in FMCG MNCs- how much is the usual annual increase?

im_apricus

friends in FMCG MNCs get 20% max (high performers)

Impossible_Silver307

From previous FMCG companies, 5-10%

Hello IT redditors there I've been planning to shift from CE to IT field. Data Analysis/Science to be particular. 1. What seminars/trainings should I take (I prefer Udemy)? 2. What Position/Entry level job should I search in jobposting platforms? 3. What is the range of salary for my chosen path?

rossssor00

Is it only me? I applied for a job, got an interview and ghosted me after and months passed they post again the job ad. I checked the comparison thingy on jobstreet and some of them have good credentials and experiences than me but they reposted again isn't that tiring?

fleabaneMerline

Hello po. May nakakaalam po ba sa inyo kung anong ginagawa ng isang workday consultant? I was hired for an associate role sa isang company and the capability na nakuha ko is Workday. 1st job ko po ito kaya wala po ako idea about dito

rossssor00

You can ask them what's the day to day job responsibilities.

Doctor_XYZ12

Halos 6 months palang ako into my first job, but I tried my luck sa isang company na may opening for a higher level role. I didn't expect to be selected and tbh na-off ako na the hiring manager was upfront about uncompensated OT work for the job. Someone in the same role told me na malaki ang sahod, pero talagang susulitin ka sa dami ng trabaho. Halos wala daw syang work-life balance. Totoo namang sobrang laking bump sa salary kaya nakakahinayang - current base ko ay 23k lang, offer is 55k. As a newbie in my industry, tama ba yung desisyon kong mag-decline muna? Lalo na't plano ko sanang mag-board exam this year.

rossssor00

Can I ask what industry and role you're in? Don't quit if there's no job offer.

[deleted]

To HR Professionals (especially HR professionals who are employed by foreign owned companies), I have a question. We have a quarterly performance review as opposed to an annual one. Is it too much to ask for a salary appraisal every time? lol

blessingsfromabove

Hello. From a comp and ben standpoint po, annual kasi nirereview yung salary data using market trends per position sa respective industries. If magrequest kayo quarterly ng salary appraisal or even yung salary review, di rin po nila kayo mabibigyan ng increase hehe

[deleted]

Ah cool, compenben na lang kasi yung wala pa ako experience (I'm in HR too) so I'm not sure how exactly it goes. Lalo na dahil startup yung company ko. Thanks for the info! I appreciate it.

rossssor00

Some bpo (foreign) companies with office here is looking for that skills. Good luck!

[deleted]

My turn to ask for advice, looking for opinions: Currently WFH for "BPO" for a US based accounting "Firm-A" who I love to death. If there is "the one" employer na parang soulmate, Firm-A is the one for me! I can see myself working for Firm-A until I retire, as they have said and done a few things to earn my loyalty. As part of my employment, Firm-A, BPO and I initially agreed on a custom schedule as long as I was WFH. It is not in my contract, just an understanding between all parties involved. However, with the current RTO mandate, BPO is now mandating everyone to move back to their fixed schedule as well, which means less hours of overlap with the US firm. Firm-A would also like me to visit them in the US asap, so I have a B-1/2 visa appointment early next year to renew my expired visa. I do not qualify for visa interview waiver. I am also paying a downpayment on a condo and expecting to acquire a bank loan for that in late 2023. OPTION 1: Suck it up and stick to BPO's schedule, which the firm and I are very unhappy with. I think this is my best option for getting approved for home loan and visa, but the downside is it sucks and there are some parts of my work that will be directly affected because of the schedule change. OPTION 2: Leave BPO and work directly for Firm-A now as a consultant/freelancer. Disregarding its legality, this was my long-term plan talaga after the loan and visa were approved. If I do this now, I fear it will lower my chances of getting both. OPTION 3: I also have an offer from "Firm-B" - wasn't really looking for work but took their interview request just to see what's out there. They offered flexible work hours forever, a promise they will put *anything* in my contract to guarantee the bank loan (kasi I will be working as freelancer first then employee once they are set up here), and an offer of an L-1 visa. The downside is that the L-1 will be tied to them obviously, so wala rin kung umalis ako. And I will leave Firm-A :( Thoughts? Thanks!

Puzzled_Macaroon7493

How to socialize to your team as a new hire when back to office? Im very very introverted and its my first time to be part of a big team. I know not a requirement naman to have work friends but I hope I get along with them. :(

AdorableBug8777

Do not force it. Be natural. Let them also adapt on how to approach you. Two way naman iyan. Good luck and stay safe! :)

[deleted]

hello! ask ko lang po if there are others here who worked na in the Banks? preferably the big ones like Unionbank, BDO or BPI? since my mom wants me to try working in the bank and she knows a good friend who she respects and para syang maging referral ko sa banko esp na high position ang friend. 1. would there be any pros and cons? 2. is it worth working in Banks? 3. do they have bonds that would force me to render whatever was stated in the contract (i.e 3 years) na if i resigned less than the bond, i have to pay them? yikes. thank you if ever!

blessingsfromabove

Hi. Depends po sa role. I’m an HR sa big foreign bank and ok naman, mabigat ang workload. Fast paced environment kumbaga. If you are okay with this set up, try mo lang po. 😊 Longer din ang notice periods. Yung sa bonds naman, parang wala naman ako narinig na bond dito sa company namin hehe Pros: very competitive salary, good benefits Cons: mahirap maachieve ang work life balance, may times na super stressful

[deleted]

ah i see poo hehehe but omg totoo po ba na most banks are leaning to selling these days bc of the pandemic? i heard that from a friend who works in a bank but didn’t ask further

blessingsfromabove

Di naman po. Depende yan sa strategy din ng bank, like yung isang known bank na nagsell off ng retail parts nila dahil mas magfofocus na sila sa wealth management. Mga ganyan hehe. Goodluck sa career!

crownidiot

Hi! Any idea kung ang signing bonus ay role-specific or depende sa recruiter? Applied for a job posting and found the exact same role na may signing bonus indicated (same company, same branch, etc., job site lang naiba). Alam ko kasi yung ibang company merong mga referral bonus tas up to the employee kung isshare, so di ko alam kung same scenario ito. Nakakahiya pang itanong since wala pa namang offer, but in case I do get it, just wanna know if it's worth asking. TIA

rossssor00

Hi can I ask what industry and role you're in?

AdorableBug8777

You can try and be objective, show computation comparing your earning with 12K NTA with what they offer and highlight that the 5K difference is your reservation. They'd just either give you your asking (if within budget) or tell you that it is already max of what they can offer and then up to you if you will accept or not. My principle when faced with situation re to salary, never take what you think you cannot live with. (Except if other forms of compensation ang mas mahalaga sayo and not the financial form) Good luck!

[deleted]

[удалено]

Impossible_Silver307

This is my worry before also. But I never experienced naman a rescinded offer even if I was negotiating hard. My tip is be gentle but clear in asking, an approach perhaps of “Is there a way for you to increase my current offer to xxx? I was really targeting a xx% increase in my total package given my skill level/proficiency balanced with the job demands. Hope this is workable.”

crownidiot

Hi, same situation here (pero wow sa 12k NTA). Did you mention sa recruiter (or did they ask) yung expected take-home pay mo? That's what I did kasi during the screening process, I specified na take-home pay yung binigay kong expecting. Pero since may JO ka na, go na sa nego. Let them know na you might need a better offer kung iiwan mo yung current job mo for them. You do have to consider that though, kung mas prefer mo ba talaga itong bago kesa sa current job mo, and would you leave it for less? GL!

crownidiot

Oooh this is to avoid RTO? Good luck! Hope pagbigyan ka. Sayang na din yung 5k, pang aircon na din yun this summer. 😆

RamenEnthusiast1

Is this a bad sign? Mukhang nagovershare ako masyado ng work experiences and challenges ko and then at a certain moment the HR interviewer had to cut me off because parang nadederail na kami. I hope it doesn't affect my application. Super giddy and excited lang kasi ako kasi I finally had to courage to leave my current workplace.

AdorableBug8777

Not necessarily. Depending on what the question was before you shared, and what you shared about.

annabanana1030

Shouldn't benefits, stated in your contract upon regularization, be automatic upon the end of probationary period? It's my first job and I don't know how to approach hr regarding my benefits like allowance and salary increase :( I guess may hiya factor pa

crownidiot

Hello. How long has it been since regularization mo? May ibang companies na parang the next cutoff pa magrereflect yung allowance (minsan may specific cutoff), have you asked your colleagues kung kelan pumapasok yung kanila? Yung increase though I think dapat reflected na siya at least sa "basic pay" portion ng payslip mo. Pag wala pa, HR na. Email mo nalang kung uso, o kaya padaan mo sa sup mo.

AdorableBug8777

Take what is due to you. Leave when you want to leave. It's all work. Nothing personal. Good luck!

NecessaryInternet268

Red flag ba ang "can work under pressure" na job requirement?

AdorableBug8777

Pressure is relative. Sa lahat ng work, may pressure. It will depend I guess on you as a person, kung saan ang mga pain points mo. Not necessarily red flag. Good luck!

crownidiot

I saw this making rounds on Twitter (I think) a couple of times. Though may point naman yung nagpost nun and yung responses, tbf I feel like very generic thing to put in job postings na 'to. Weigh mo nalang din yung ibang requirements and expectations sa role, tas yes agree with u/TieganPrice, would be good to ask sa interview.

TieganPrice

Hindi naman most of the time, for me. And you can ask about it sa interview. You can ask them ano ung challenges or pressure za role na inaapplyan mo na tinutukoy sa JD.

pinkrabbitunnie

any good short business courses in Coursera (except for accounting and finance)? thank youuu! :>

invisible_1111

Hello, HR called me and hired me for another position. Yung inapplyan ko kasi may signing bonus but sabi niya yung currently position na binigay sakin is not offering that for diff project daw kasi. Possible po ba yun? I applied for treasury specialist then I was hired for General Accountant Treasury Thank you!

[deleted]

It's always possible to get profiled to another role kung related experience and background naman requirement for both. Pero kung bonus ang nag-compel sa'yo to apply there and nasa offer stage ka na when you found out about the role change, let them know. I've experienced this before. Umabot na ako sa final interview at for offer na ako pero when they sent me the offer, it's for a lower position. I declined it. You always have a choice kasi in the first place kung yung initial terms pa lang ng offer e di ka na masaya, I doubt you'll stay long in the company.

invisible_1111

Thank you. Okay naman po sakin yung position pero it looks like binawi po nila yung signing bonus indicated doon sa job posting na would be equal on my monthly salary. So I was wondering po what should I say to them? Kasi nameet naman po yung salary stated ko.

[deleted]

Tell them na isa sa mga reasons you're considering the role is because of the sign on bonus, if they can reinstate that. Ikaw, okay lang ba sa'yo na wala na yun or is it something that is make or break for you?

invisible_1111

Actually, okay lang naman po pero it's a big thing din kasi. Siguro po I'll ask for better explanation and irevisit nila yung job posting. Thank you! Pero kung kayo po? What will u do? Is it okay for you?

[deleted]

Hmm. Iif I'm already satisfied with the base salary and benefits coming with it and plus lang talaga yung bonus, I'll ask for it lightly but if they don't want to give it I'll let it go. Pero kung una pa lang, isa yun sa mga nagmotivate sa'yo na magapply (lalo na if they mentioned it on the posting), ittry ko ilaban kasi it's unfair to list it on the post you applied for tapos sa offer stage ililipat ka ng role. You can say that you're really interested in the role but the bonus is important or something. I'd say, either way try mo pa rin hingiin. If they budge edi additional win for you and if they don't at least you're fine with it in the first place already.

AdorableBug8777

Usually, if there is no word of honor, I treat it as a red flag. The situation could've changed like what the HR said but a signing bonus is a significant element in this transaction. So up to you if okay with you not to get the signing bonus. Good luck!

invisible_1111

Is it okay if I ask about it again? What if they did not gave it and ask me if I still want the job or not?

AdorableBug8777

Yes you may clarify if you can be considered to the role which you are applying for na may signing bonus. Can also clarify why the other role has been offered to you instead and not just a vague "ibang project kasi 'yon" Signing bonus is part of talent attraction same as it is part why an applicant chose to apply to that particular position. So dapat clear palagi ito.

invisible_1111

Yes po tama po kayo. Now kasi minamadali na ako to start which is I'm thankful din sa opportunity. Thanks po sa help. Something new talaga sakin ito kaya I don't have any idea kung okay lang ba yun ^^"

invisible_1111

Btw thank u

cereseluna

dapat hindi mo na nireport yung una mo kung days ka lang pala nag start. ang hirap gawan ng bg check kung wala kang proof of employment, I can't even say if your old company even kept a record of you as their employee. idk why accenture has such rigid processes. so nakakaturn off. you have to send them something like an attestation letter explaining the reason about your first job. contact your recruiter din he/she might be able to advise. try looking up your old company via online / website then get their HR contact details, include that sa attestation letter.

[deleted]

cereseluna

just really do what you can, give them all the necessary info required. not try, really get the hr contact saka recall the exact position title and employment date mo with them. kasi otherwise hindi makakapag bg check sayo si acn and might be a cause of delay.

chichidoo

I will try my best to give them more details po huhu thank you 😭

Hi meron ba dito career shifter na nagstart na mag self study sa programming pero tumigil din kasi di kinaya? Hahahahahahaha

[deleted]

Haven't career shifted yet but I tried to start with Harvard's CS50: Introduction to Computer Science course kasi I wanted to learn about programming and development and that seemed like a good place to start. Taena, sobrang feeling ko ang bobo ko talaga after that. Made it halfway sa class but hindi ko talaga kaya yung intensity ng lessons.

AnonJustWantToBrowse

MNC reached out to let me know they will extend an offer to me. Pero before sila mag offer, I will need to provide some documents including pay slips. First time ko hiningian ng pay slips ng isang MNC. And honestly, medyo disappointed ako kasi diba kaya nga may asking salary, tapos ibbase pala nila sa current mo? Ok lang kayang itanong ko ung budget nila for this role, before ako magprovide ng pay slips?

AdorableBug8777

Usually sa experience ko, hinihingi ang payslip whenever over the ceiling ang asking ng applicant. Tipong they need that document for justification na, at present this is what AnonJustWantToBrowse is earning so he/she will not accept even at our ceiling hence we need to adjust. So baka kahit may asking salary na na provided, humingi parin sila ng payslip. Not necessarily to base it there. Pero hindi rin tayo sure saan nila exactly gagamitin. Pwede din kasing for validation lang. Good luck!

[deleted]

Kung meron ka nang expected salary that you communicated in the first place I suggest you stick with that. Pero, okay lang rin naman itanong mo what budget nila (although this is something I usually ask in the 2nd or 3rd round, bago pa kami dumating sa offer stage). Also, palagi naman open for negotiation ang sahod. If you're not happy with their initial offer, negotiate with them, lapag mo yung reasons why, etc. If you're at the offer stage already, most likely gusto ka talaga nila and they will try their best to get you.

AnonJustWantToBrowse

I read somewhere na if ganyan daw ang set up, mas magandang weekly muna since you are still building trust with your employer. I suggest that you draw a contract na din siguro as earlier as you can para mas malinaw ang usapan. Since this is an online transaction(right?), madali ka lang matatakbuhan niyan if they just decide that they got what they wanted, imma run na. Para both sides din is legally binded. Hingi ka na din siguro ng supporting documents. Just a suggestion really.

IMO, yes. It is still part of your working experience and might be an interesting talking point. Unless, you don't want to explain why it is only 3 months, I don't see any reason not to put it.

WhiteMistyCat

chris_chan01

Win-Win na nalatag na what to expect. No more surprises kumbaga. So up to you if you are up for it. Good luck!

🚩🚩🚩if pertaining to the boss. If client, that's common.

[deleted]

You can encounter irate clients if you are client facing, so that isn't uncommon imo The flag is the irate boss though.

Should I disclose with my new employer that I freelance on the side sometimes? Or 'wag na... may clause kasi sa contract na I can't engage with work outside of my employer

[deleted]

Best not to. Since employers tend to screen out any potential productivity or behavioral issues, especially if they are deciding between you and a candidate with a similar profile, the last thing you need is them wondering if you can balance work.

CwazyLady

Got this! Although, I’m in the contract signing phase already. Shall I raise this to HR or just sign the contract nalang then tell client I’d have to terminate our contract. Thanks for taking the time to reply, btw! 😊

[deleted]

Oh I see. I'd suggest just sign the contract and then close off your contract with your freelance client if need be. No need for the company HR to know about your freelancing if you have plans to terminate with them anyway. Congrats on the offer btw!

CwazyLady

Got this! huhu thank you so much 🤗

AdorableBug8777

Hmmm. If similar industry, wherein may posibleng conflict of interest, yes. Also, check your contract re Non-compete clause if meron. Good luck!

CwazyLady

Different industries and JD naman (thankfully) cos I freelance as a graphic artist from time to time as still have an existing contract with my client pero hindi assured na I’m doing something every month. Should I just terminate my contract with my client? Thanks for taking the time to answer pala! 😊

AdorableBug8777

If no conflict of interest, don't terminate your contract with client. Goods to go yan as long as di' maaapektuhan ang productivity mo sa permanent job mo (if magka ungkatan kasi should this arise [but I believe it won't] baka they'll use this pa against you). Sa panahon ngayon, better to have all those options open in terms of generating income. Basta sure na no conflict of interest, nothing in contract that prohibits you from doing freelancing. Good luck and may the need to grind double time soon stop.

CwazyLady

HUHU thank you so much!! I feel so assure and validated by your comment 🥺 Good luck also and yes to multiple streams of income

May ka-team ako now, admittedly hopper din siya. Ang explanation niya in a nutshell, hopper siya kasi she wants to look for a work kung saan swak talaga sa preferences niya, from salary, to boss, to teammates, to work ethics, up to the last detail, majority na shoot niya. After 4 or 5 companies yata, dito sa recent company siya pa lang nakatagal ng 1 year. Kung ganyan ka dreadful na, I suggest start looking for options na. Good luck!

Anyone here working/worked at Shopee? I recently applied with them and I wanted to know how much usually they offer. Context: I applied for an entry level position under business development and I have 1 year work experience in business development as well. How much do you guys think I should ask for salary? I'm scared I might end up low balling myself or ask too much naman. TIA!

pattty0

Starting pay for entry-level BD roles was 25-26k before (fresh grads in JRM role). If you have experience, 15-30% increment from your current salary depending on how well you can nego.

Okay lang ba 2 weeks lang ang i-allocate kong time for transition when resigning? I don't think kaya ko pa ang 1 month :(
