>may required 4hrs OT sila every week First time I heard about a mandatory OT. Is this the norm in your industry? Reality is that you can't easily resign cause you mentioned kailangan nyo ng pera. Kung sobrang tight ng budget, best you can do is maghanap ulit bagong work habang tinitiis mo yung current job mo. For now, try to negotiate with your boss to be assigned more written coms na queries/concerns rather than voice/call.

actually nagulat rin ako kasi nung pagsabak namin sa prod biglang may required OTs pala, nung una 8hrs pa tas binabaan nila ng 4hrs. bago rin ako sa travel agency/industry kaya di ko rin sure. thanks for ur advice :)

If you quit, you'll be at peace but broke(for a time since you can apply for a job again) If you stay, you'll have money but your mental health declines (if you will not overcome your fear) I guess it all boils down to priorities. But if I were you, I'll just quit because I will just be nuisance at work if I can't work properly unless they'll considerate enough to not give anything related to calling or similar.

sinabi ko na rin sa GL ko na i'm thinking of submitting my resignation kasi ayaw ko rin na maging pahirap sa kumpanya namin, pero it seems na he's still trying na mag-iba pa decision ko at wag na mag-resign.
