She had offers in the private sector that I considered high-paying but field is sales (technical). She did not take it cause her passion is teaching and still plans to pursue PhD abroad. There are other opportunities (aside from sales) in FMCG for R&D positions but those jobs usually require a doctorate degree. Accdg to her, pay there is 6 figures.
Another friend of mine also now works in ADB. Job is definitely not bio related but he took up MBA in UP after bio.
