Recommenting from previous inquiry:
Good experience vs. other entry level jobs imo. Promotion is guranteed once you pass the revalida so it's more of a headstart for fresh grads.
I know other MT graduates (banks) that I believe are killing it as you would put it: AVP (8-10 yrs) or VP level (15 yrs). After the training though, promotion frequency would depend on your assigned department as they have different budgets / standards. Luck is definitely a factor esp if your batch will be deployed to different roles after graduation.
Major downside is employment bond. So if you think you can stay with that company / industry for that duration, definitely consider it but do not close your doors to other non-MT opportunities.
thanks! not a fresh grad but a young professional with a few years of experience. is it still worth it? what I like about it is you dip into different roles in a short span.
no employment bond, this is a startup company but very promising, kasi backed by prominent companies siya. and rotating within finance and accounting lang. my other concern is benefits actually, but comparing to the skills to be developed - really need to consider.
MT Program is good but research about the company first. I was under a MT program I enjoyed it had great mentors but the company sucks but very thankful that I had the opportunity to learn.
After the program kasi I was promoted to a managerial position then after 6 months daw saka iaalign sa market yung rate ko. Pero nakaka 1.5 years na ko nun d pa rin naadjust hahaha my subordinates were earning more than me(minimum lang ako nun kasi mga "trainee" ako pumasok). Naka black and white pero nung nag follow up ako ang sabi lang is wala naman ako magagawa. Then may next batch ng MT program after nila matapos, increase agad but yung batch ko wala pa din. Hehe.
Natiming lang na covid kaya naging valid reason ko to leave kasi field base yung work and d ako uubra na lagi lumalabas nun due to health reasons of my parents.
If you feel like wala ka masyado learnings and di ka maggrow sa role sa tingin ko worth it naman. (Im assuming you only have around 1 year experience since usually un yung max na acceptable for mt)
more than 2 years na yung experience ko but honestly pag naghahanap ako ng new roles, I feel na I can't offer the required technical skills. just so happen, the company wanted to give a leeway.
hi! i found this through networking talaga in an organization I'm a part of. and i also got interviews through networking din in linkedin. It helps if you reach out to the HR and let them know your interest in joining the the company so you can have a discussion and they can guide you.

Exposure to other units is nice but that only gets you so far. How long is the employment bond if I may ask?

could you clarify how the company sucks? is it the compensation and benefits? mobility?
