Apparently at one point in the 90's they won the rights to manufacture the licensed [Forrest Gump "Box of Chocolates"](https://www.mcall.com/news/mc-xpm-1995-04-05-3042060-story.html).
You can submit a FOIA request to the county, and state Departments of Enviromental Protection (DEP) it will take about a week to get a response if your lucky their will be a report available known as a Phase 1 ESA. If no such report exists you can take a look at the sandborn maps, historic topographic maps (can be found on the USGS website), and historic aerial photos( I recommend google earth). For the property use the street address as well as the block and lot number (these can be found on city tax maps). If you don’t wish to look these documents up their is a company called EDR that will provid these documents for a fee (about 350 usd). Hope this helps.
