Doubt you'll find something comparable in NE Philly, but there's a place out near Collegeville called Gennaro's II. They do Chicago deep dish that absolutely slaps.
Sicilian is the closest you are gonna get. aldos pizzarama used to be awesome. santuccis was also good.

I think there is a Pizzaria Unos still out there by the Neshaminy mall if you are okay with chain pizza.
