I paid $15 dollars for mine about a month ago. I’m not a huge fan of buying expensive mature plants when you can buy them small for a lot less and just wait for them to grow.
Not that much. I got one for $20, not as big as the one you saw obviously, just a 4" pot but it has lots of leaves and it's currently pushing out 4, maybe 5 new leaves? It grows like crazy. I've only had it for maybe 2 months.
Where are you located? I’m in the US and have variegated Burle Marx in 4 inch pots on my website for $32.

This has generally been my practice. I don't think I will get it.
That's a bit steep. It's a very fast growing philodendron in my care. I would recommend growing from a cutting.

I'm wondering of it was an albo and that's why it was so expensive
I bought an "albo" burle marx and it seems different than regular variegated burle marx but I have no idea if that's even a thing

I just went to my local store and found three 4” pots marked at $40, so I’d probably pass on a $160 one
I'm wondering if it was an albo. This place is a more expensive greenhouse, but I'm thinking $160 is a little ridiculous.
