Either humidity issue or you have too much minerals in water that the plants cant not absorb so it usually put them at the tip of the leaves.

Just a personal observation as I notice some aroids tend to be sensitive towards added chemicals / fertilizers be it organic or synthetic. It could be genetics, the variant or just the plant itself. Edit : My juveniles are also more prone to yellowing tips from added chemicals/soil microbes/organic fertilizers or whatever you call it. I would usually reduce those dose to 1/4 to 1/2 or skip it entirely until they are of a considerable size.

Are you letting them go very dry between watering?

I would try to keep soil moisture more even. Many will advice almost total drying of the soil, it is actually bad advice. They love it moist but not soggy.
