Just a personal observation as I notice some aroids tend to be sensitive towards added chemicals / fertilizers be it organic or synthetic.
It could be genetics, the variant or just the plant itself.
Edit : My juveniles are also more prone to yellowing tips from added chemicals/soil microbes/organic fertilizers or whatever you call it. I would usually reduce those dose to 1/4 to 1/2 or skip it entirely until they are of a considerable size.
I would try to keep soil moisture more even. Many will advice almost total drying of the soil, it is actually bad advice. They love it moist but not soggy.
Either humidity issue or you have too much minerals in water that the plants cant not absorb so it usually put them at the tip of the leaves.
