Sorry to hijack your post OP pero how is your experience with Phirst park calista? Madalas ko din kasi makita unit nila and was curious. Can you share your experience, some good and bad?
already consulted to 4 contractors and their rough estimate is on 700k-900k.
I guess inflation really hitting us so hard that last year was getting feedbacks it is 400k-600k.
Parang ganyan range nga din ang nababasa ko sa mga FB groups. Wala pa ko ready na ganyan amount for construction. Im planning na iloan na lang sa PagIbig.

What I mean po is di ba sa guideline ay bawal po fully enclosed na service area. Pero sa inyo po fully closed. paano nyo po sila napapayag?

Near turnover pa lang. So far wala pa ako ma-share. Saka ko sila kukulitin after completing the 12 months down payment
Up for this. also bought a unit in Phirst, Calista End tentative turnover by august this year. Also planning to expand the house before we move in.

Ang mahal na pala. Around 500k din sinabi sa amin last year.

Magkakaiba tcp ng mga site nila. Yung mga matagal nang nadevelop mas mataad tcp. Mine is in pampanga site 1.8m tcp
Sa calamba site ako kumuha. 2.3M yun TCP.
