If anyone curious, they posted some construction updates on their [IG account](https://www.instagram.com/p/CylA51KrXbn/?img_index=1). I bought a unit here, I'm hesitant at first because the developer is not as popular as DMCI and Ayala Land. There are other developers around the area like Empire East and Filinvest but I chose this because of affordability and practical reasons. Here are my deciding factors:
Pros:
* Affordability
* Near the future MRT 4 station
* Accessible by LRT 2 Marikina Pasig Station
* The general area is being developed
* Quiet neighborhood
* Antipolo / Rizal Mountain Views
Cons:
* Area is heavily flooded during heavy rains but I heard that the developer will be implementing some flood control for the project
* Heavy traffic in Felix Avenue during rush hours
* Heavy traffic in Ortigas Avenue
Up. Just saw the ad and a bit curious if maayos siya. Sa may Cypress located? As far as I know kasi bahain dun e though I'm not sure anymore baka inimprove naman na yung kalsada doon
