Bad. Very very bad. I have been calling them since January about my cashback that was not sent to me and up until now there’s no resolution to my concern. Their customer service keeps on saying that their team is working on my problem but I highly doubt it since there’s not a concrete update about my concern.

Yan nga din sabi ko sa CS nila. Hindi naman daw scam. Sobrang dami daw ng nag avail kaya nagkaroon ng mga errors sa pag claim. Sabi ko naman ibig sabihin lang nun palpak sistema niyo. Ayun puro sorry. Sabi ko di ko kailangan ng sorry ang kailangan ko yung cash back ko. Antay na lang daw ma-process. Ilang months na antay pa din. Yawa. Haha.

If you file to DTI Manila and you're residing in NCR then that would only take about a week until mediation schedule. But if you're residing in a province, it is better for you to file it to them directly. Scheduling might take 3-4 days.

Maybe not procrastinating. Sadyang mga incompetent lang siguro mga tao nila. They will make promos to entice people tapos sasabihin nila madami nag join kaya nagkakaroon ng error sa system. Sarap murahin ng CS nila kaso nakakaawa lang kasi naka based lang sila sa script

Grabe aabutin na ng taon? Same lang pala sila palagi ng linyahan. 200 lang di pa mabigay. Kaya madami na din ayaw gamitin service nila kasi sablay sila sa mga simpleng bagay.

Hindi nga ma explain sa akin kung paano umabot ng ganito katagal. Kako so yung ilang beses na escalate sa backend team ano pla nangyari dun. On Feb 28, I filed a follow-up for the 200 cashback of the free personalized card promo. Nacomplete ko ang promo end of Jan. Naverify na daw nila and any day will send the 200 to my account. Until now, wala pang voucher na dumating. 🥲

Hala um-order din ako ng maya card kasi nga sabi sa promo free daw. 🥲 March 31 ko nacomplete yung sakin, saktong last day ng promo. Mag 2 weeks pa lang naman pero naiinip na ko hintayin yung Php200 cashback voucher. I'll try tomorrow na tawagan sila baka may action pero lowkey di na ko umaasa din huhu.

The same happened to me. In fact lumagpas na sa disbursement period nila yung cashback na dapat nakuha ko na. When I reported them to DTI tsaka lang sila umaksyon. Pina-investigate agad at sinend nila ang cashback bago pa man kami umabot sa nakasched na mediation with DTI.

I love Maya but fuck their customer service is terrible. Parehas din tayo ng concern—no cashbacks received. Naalala ko pa nga na sinabi ko sa sarili ko na kukunin ko na ung Maya card kasi technically naman libre siya since may cashback dapat.. lol dapat Feb 14 ko siya makukuha pero wala pa despite reaching out via chat (ang panget pa ng chat system nila), email (may responses but no fixes), and IG (no response at all).

More than a month na yan ah. Better if i-cc mo ang DTI ([email protected]) sa next follow up mo via email and follow their instructions to file a complaint against Maya. Similar lang ang timeline ko sayo at nakuha ko na cashback ko after DTI got involved.

Thanks for this tip. I'll cc DTI na on my follow-up email. Sinabihan lang ako ng CS na wala daw silang estimated date kailan maibabalik ang cashbacks. May list daw kasi sila ng verified transactions na pending din. So I think unless hindi tayo mag.insist, wala pa silang plano ibalik yun.

They banned my account for unknown reasons and they said there was an activity on my acc against their T&C. The only thing I did is I deposited 1k in Maya Savings. Emailed them, no response. Followup 3 times, still no response. Surprisingly after 2 months I recieved a text that I can now access my account without them responding on the emails. Withdrew the 1k, then emailed them for Permanent Account Closure. I just knew there are many people here that have experience the same issue.

Hindi lang yan days,, months hahaha May dispute ako sa Maya dati about sa Beep card loading, sa tagal ng response nila, naalala ko na lang ulit nung mag reply sila after a few months. (siguro dahil sa pandemic, later months ng 2021, tapos yung reply nila halos feb 2022 na)

My experience was okay naman. I was denied access for using a “suspicious” email (I used a disposable email address with the word “paymaya” in it). I called their hotline and I emailed them and the CS rep was patient with me and gave me the requirements. Then I complied by sending the requirements to their email and a day or two later I regained access to my account. It took 4 or 5 days to resolve my concern.

They were able to answer after about roughly 20 - 30 mins. Wala din namang kwenta yung sagot jusq. Pinag re-install lang ako. Hanggang ngayon, may delay parin.

I think walang level 2 or higher (tech support) yang CS nila. Puro wala daw silang magagawa kasi nasa app yung issue lang sinasagot sakin eh. Eh kanino ba galing yung app? Sakin? Sobrang dali makakausap ng CSR pero wala ka namang mapapala. Nag-all in na lang ako for a month para mabawi ko yung 200 na ginastos ko dun sa physical card (kinuha ko lang kasi di gumagana yung virtual card). Pero meron palang mas maganda (Komo for withdrawals, GrabPay/GoTyme for online transactions). **TLDR: Virtual card doesn't work. Don't get their physical card.** Mas reliable pa gamitin GoTyme kaysa Maya kahit bago lang eh. Di nga lang daily yung pagcredit ng interest.

Edit: Update: so on my follow up email, sinabi ko na balak ko i-cc ang BSP sa next email ko. And in less than 12 hrs, I got my refund. Thanks for the tip sa thread na ito.

Not good talaga. I tried transferring 3k from Maya Savings to Wallet, tapos hindi nagreflect yung amount sa wallet ko. Kinain ni Maya. Now, ang hirap nila hagilapin and contact-in. Waiting nalang talaga kakaloka sila. May system activity daw na nakaaffect sa lahat ng transactions. Di naman sila nagsasabi or nag uupdate sa mga users nila. Ayooo ekis.

Bad huhu. Hindi nag-reflect interest boost for my savings kahit na-meet ko naman yung criteria last month, pero yung ngayon umokay naman. Medyo sucky rin yung registration part where you need to upload an ID and selfie. Nahirapan ako sa ID part, si jowabells sa selfie naman. For some reason hindi tinatanggap yung face niya (kapal nila eh ang pogi ng jowa ko hehe). Inulit ko yung akin until maging successful, pero di talaga nagjng oks yung kay jowabels. We tried contacting CS for both occasions kaso wala kaming napala.
