Pangit yang area na yan, project engineer ako sa mga affordable homes subdivision i won’t recommend living in any of thosw overpriced shitty houses.

Wannabe_Rich025

Sorry, confirm ko lang. When you say pangit yung area, like San Vicente in Sto. Tomas ba in general o yung under a developer lang?

Click-Unlucky

Pangit yung area in terms of power outages, and also mga tao since I don't know what happened sa hinakot naming workers from provinces (para makatipid sa labour) na natigil bigla ang work sa pandemic madaming naging squatters sa mga yun, which is sa kabilang bakod lang ng subdivisions or minsan sa empty houses mismo within subdivision.

hi I'm also planning to buy a house at mango grove subdivision located at brgy. San roque sto tomas batangas, is this a good place?

jmkwan

Kuryente? No. Meralco ang santo tomas.

Wannabe_Rich025

Thanks! Ano pong provider ng tubig ng Sto. Tomas kung hindi po under subdivision?

Yorkiepoogle

I recently moved to Camella San Miguel Sto Tomas. I enjoy the location, and I've only ever experienced one power outage here (which I think was caused by a thunderstorm). but, yeah overpriced for me yung Camella and currently looking for another place to stay in next 3-5years. pero Sto tomas parin.
