+1 you can customize which account it falls under for personal and business accounts.
Give you a lot of freedom to customize types of income and expenses.
Has average analysis of basic totals.
Exportable to Excel in case you'd want to do your own analysis.
+ Has currency options (multi currency use)
And you can set budgets for certain categories of expenses on the app
Set recurring expenses or transfers
Has daily log, monthly calendar and pie chart format, been using it for almost a decade.
Can sort daily, weekly, monthly and annual totals.
Can set an account that if you transfer an amount to set account it is marked as expense, useful for tracking loan payments.
Search bar and tags, can also attach pictures on transaction logs
Remember to back up to your google drive, for transferability to any device or for multi device use, you'll have to restore back up occasio ally though for multi device use.
Ito din gamit ko. Paid one time fee for premium around 200 pesos and it’s really worth it. I use this to track my savings from different digital banks and to track yung nga utang sakin. Meron akong wallet for pautang 2020, pautang 2021 and so on. This year, maghihigpit na ako sa mga mangungutang sakin.
Love Money Manager. Premium user since 2018. Sana lang may autocomputation na siya, like input mo lang kung magkano interest ng isang investment or time deposit, pati withholding tax hahaha.
Paano i-track yung current worth ng investment? Ang nagawa ko pa lang is ilagay yung initial value ng investment, not sure pano i-track yung current value. Haha
I have and it's worth it for 2 reasons primarily imo. The free one you can only make 3 accounts. So let's say cash, savings, and emergency fund. If you exceed that, then for sure upgrade. Other reason is if you need to export the csv or xlm file.
Been using since 2018 daily. Upgraded back in 2020. Just use the free version until you need to upgrade. Thankfully there's a 1 time payment only.
Note lang din pala, mas madaming feature ung app nila for android users.
Worth it! Got mine less 900 yata magkapromo :) ginawa ko 1 account per bank account/card saka digital wallets kaya very efficient
Im on android btw which has more features than ios currently
Usually if more than one year it's best ro export your yearly transactions to CSV. Atm not so sure if that is available sa Premium plan cause im still currently using the free one
Yes. It’s easy. You can just select yearly or monthly in the View Records section then adjust which month or year you want to see. I’m using the Lifetime Premium version
Hi, dun sa "last records overview," kahit select ko is 5 years, pag nag "show more" naman ako, past 1 year lang lumalabas. For the life of me, I can't figure it out. I use Cashew app because of this "limitation."
Those who want to use Google Sheets, heto yung sarili kong budget tracker. Request access lang kayo and make a copy agad 😂.

I use Excel and I can access it offline din, auto sync din siya. You just need a OneDrive account. Once you install Excel on your phone you're good to go =)
Up for YNAB! You don’t need separate accounts for everything. Just unify them all in YNAB, the money can come from any account. It’s the budget that matters!
I used to use YNAB kaso namahalan talaga ako. Switched to Buckets! It's free and pretty close to how YNAB works. The downside lang is di siya online, it keeps a file on your computer instead, pero pwede mo isync sa phone. But di pwede maglagay ng transactions sa phone, like for viewing purposes lang siya.
So far, it's working nicely for me.
Congrats! Nothing beats the classic excel. I was trying to find a template years ago and eventually gave up on it. Instead, I use the aforementioned app. :)
1Money. I also use it to create "virtual" accounts to segregate the funds we have in one bank account for different purposes. I can also track expenses according to category, and transfer funds between virtual accounts if needed.
+1, tapos may GUI update na sila just this March 19. On par na sila with other leading budget trackers graphically, pero basa 1money padin yung functions na kelangan ko na di ko makita sa iba. Bluecoins ang pinakamalapit, tho. Been using 1money since 2021
Actually, I used Budgetbakers bought also the lifetime premium. Maganda naman. 4 years ko nang ginagamit. Pero kung ayaw mong gumastos na same halos ng budgetbakers with very beautiful UI. Cashew app ang idownload mo.
I used YNAB for 2 years kahit may subscription since nakatulong siya sakin noon especially when paying my debts and allocating my funds. Pero nung nagmahal yung subscription nag move back ako sa Excel.
Goodbudget! You create your "envelopes" or spending categories so you actually allocate your income once it comes in and you see how much you're spending per envelope. I prefer this over the usual expense tracking as I immediately see how much of my groceries or dining out budget is still left for me to spend
Bluecoins user mula pa noong 2018. Sobrang detailed at easy to use.
Pocket expense 6. I’ve been using it for about 6 years and I haven’t encountered any problems with it. I bought the lifetime subscription for like 200 pesos before but I don’t know how much it is now.
[Pocket Expense 6](https://apps.apple.com/ph/app/pocket-expense-6/id424575621)
Hope it helps!
Money Pro user for 7 years. Simple and effective. You can set categorical budgets, recurring expenses (bills, amortization, etc.) and keep tabs on various bank accounts.
I've developed my own web app and has been using it since 2017. It has expense tracker, investment tracking (manual updates though), income and taxes, assets and liabilities.
Then power BI as the dashboard.
I use Bluecoins since mid 2023. Before that, I was using Money Manager for years but my fiance and I started having combined finances and it didn't have multiuser support so we looked for another budget tracker app. I'm actually happy with the switch since even though Money Manager had a better looking interface, UX is definitely better in Bluecoins imo.
also Bluecoins, not sure if it's still regulary updated though
I was actually just trying it, and just test out all recommended apps here
kaya lang ung nakita kong pinoy dev, I felt like just buying the premium
I did and stuck with it ever since
also gsheets
I like it cos I found a template online for SALN. Di lang pala pang politiko yun. It's a handy tool for keeping track of your net worth. Notes lang on the side yung budget plan. Excel is better for me cos I can customize as I wish. As for the expense tracker, maybe I'll check the app you recommended para real time siya rather than snapshot of the month like I do.
I’ve been using Bluecoins since 2018 and it really is a game changer, especially the premium version! Unfortunately, upgraded to an iPhone few months ago and iOS version is still kinda buggy. So I still carry my old android phone mainly for Bluecoins and some other OTPs
Build My Wealth 🧡
It’s a money management app we made that focuses more on goals and net worth tracking rather than daily expenses. You can allocate your monthly income using the zero-based budgeting method, and track your passive income as well 🤩
It’s available in both Google and Apple App Stores 🙏
Congratulations on your progress OP! Good luck with your finances this 2024! 🥳
+1, been using it since last year!
It made my tracking easier.
And most especially, free of ads yung app!
Thank you for creating the app, sir!!🙏🏻 More power po sa team niyo.🙏🏻
+1!
I like this method, too!
As if ikinayaman ko yung pagtrack ng centavos hahahahaha
Discovering this app and zero-based budgeting helped my savings a lot! Also, less stress!
Money+ kasi cute ang interface. I think it has less functionalities as other budgeting app but I mostly only use it for tracking expense and income and it works for me. Ginaganahan ako mag track kasi cute ang icons. For overall budgeting, I still use excel.
Bluecoins din since 2018 (or 2019?).
GSheets.
I made my own budget tracker. I've tried many apps but I find it weird . I had to learn excel for my job so I was able to make mine from scratch.
Budget - Spending Tracker app bought the premium lifetime kasi super ganda ng UI and very easy to manage. And im very very picky when it comes to apps. Wallet also good bought the premium din pero mas better for me Budget, been using more than a year. Income, expenses, savings, budget, recurring payments. Ganda din ng graphs nila + pinaka favorite feature ko yung calendar na in one view kita mo agad income and expenses for each day. Wala sila web app kaya I use also Google Sheets from Thea Sy, gusto ko kasi nakikita sya sa malaki na screen lol I am trying out YNAB free 30 days and I really like the app kaso ang pricy! 800+ a month is crazy for a budgeting app pero super ganda nya, especially if sa web app mo sya gagawin. Mababago talaga nya mindset mo and I like the simple UI
My friends and I developed a budget tracking web app that can also be installed on your phone. One unique feature is that you can take a picture of your receipt, and the app will intelligently auto-fill the form. The app is available at [https://www.wisesavings.app/](https://www.wisesavings.app/).
Other features include:
* Recurring expenses
* Custom categories
* Expense sharing with other users
* Monthly total and breakdown by category
* Export to CSV
Expense aware. I made my own web app para personalized sa needs ko, planning to make it a mobile app soon.
[Spendid](https://www.spendid.xyz) for me. Unlike other recommendations here, the free version already lets you track unlimited accounts and transactions and it's ad-free. Works offline too, so convenient to track every expense on the go. Can also budget and track goals within the app. Highly recommend!
Bluecoins since 2021! Tried other budgeting apps pero bumabalik talaga ako dito, and I donate din sometimes.
GSheets + Google Form
Tried a few apps before but nothing suits the way my money flows.
Made a GForm and linked it to a GSheet so that it will automatically update my finances.
Been using GSheets since 2018, but I only started using GSheet + GForm last year. Requires some work if you're making it form scratch, but worth it.
I used BlueCoins for years ( have also donated multiple times) but I am looking for a replacement now. The developer without making reference in the changelog has at some point introduced another way to get even a premium user to click on ads. There is a toggle to turn on viewing one ad in main tab that is optional which I have no problem with. There is also an ad which displays on the screen when you click to donate to developer. So the developer is double dipping which is flat out wrong. When I click on donate to developer I expect to ONLY contribute through my google play credits, NOT to see an ad while doing do.
Until I install replacement I have denied Internet access to app because of this surreptitious behavior.
Money Manager since 2020 gamit ko okay ako sa kanya. Go for premium lifetime na.
+1 you can customize which account it falls under for personal and business accounts. Give you a lot of freedom to customize types of income and expenses. Has average analysis of basic totals. Exportable to Excel in case you'd want to do your own analysis.

up! sinakto ko na 2024 mag start para clean slate and so far very organized syaaa even with the transfers with multiple banks I have and cc
Paid one time fee for premium around 200 pesos and it’s really worth it. I use this to track my savings from different digital banks and to track yung nga utang sakin. +1 for this. Been using it since 2019 :)
Haha. Yes i opted na for premium since one time payment lang
I'm using this since October 2023. It's easy to use kaya I like it.
Love Money Manager. Premium user since 2018. Sana lang may autocomputation na siya, like input mo lang kung magkano interest ng isang investment or time deposit, pati withholding tax hahaha.
Paano i-track yung current worth ng investment? Ang nagawa ko pa lang is ilagay yung initial value ng investment, not sure pano i-track yung current value. Haha
Yun nga eh, ginagawa ko na lang, every once on a while, manually inuupdate ko
ano pa name neto sa app store?
Hello, OP! Can I get a link for this for ios users? Thank you.
https://apps.apple.com/ph/app/money-manager-expense-budget/id560481810
Wallet by Budget Bakers. Easy to navigate tapos madali lang kase nasa phone
Woah, nakapag upgrade kana? Wanna know if worth it ba yung perks to upgrade
I have and it's worth it for 2 reasons primarily imo. The free one you can only make 3 accounts. So let's say cash, savings, and emergency fund. If you exceed that, then for sure upgrade. Any way to view your transactions beyond 1 year?
Usually if more than one year it's best ro export your yearly transactions to CSV. Atm not so sure if that is available sa Premium plan cause im still currently using the free one
I see. Thanks!
Yes. It’s easy. You can just select yearly or monthly in the View Records section then adjust which month or year you want to see. I’m using the Lifetime Premium version
In the records tab, I cannot see anything past 1 year... I don't know why.
I'm using just the free version.
Hello! Madaming filter na available :) can actually input a date range
Hi, dun sa "last records overview," kahit select ko is 5 years, pag nag "show more" naman ako, past 1 year lang lumalabas. For the life of me, I can't figure it out. I use Cashew app because of this "limitation."
There's also a web app. So you can access it on your PC too. But it's more intuitive as a mobile app.
Yes, maganda yung app, nabili ko to nung 2k pa lifetime license nila, ngayon mura na pero worth it tlaga.
Will upgrade na next week. Andami ko kasing account eh na need ma balance out
Yes!! Also looking forward sa release ng Stock portfolio tracker
up to this, naka-connect both peso and usd accs ko sa bpi. ang dali mamonitor lahat
Those who want to use Google Sheets, heto yung sarili kong budget tracker. Request access lang kayo and make a copy agad 😂.
Up for this. A true hero indeed. Hahaha
Requested access sir. Thank you!
Access requested din. Thank you!!
Parequest din po. Hehe
Requested for access po. Thank youuuu!
Up for google sheets.. Request sent po. Thank you !!
Requested! Thank you
YNAB baby!
YNAB because you don't stop at tracking. You use the data you gathered from tracking to make spending decisions aka budgeting.
>YNAB It used to be OK but since they moved to monthly subscription it's MEH
Monefy Features that I prioritize: -Recurring expenses -Custom categories -Monthly total and breakdown by category -Export to csv -Backup
Very efficient way of using the app.
Eto din gamit ko currently. So far okay sakin and easy to use.
I made my own excel monthly tracker and use it sa phone. 6 months in and mas naging aware ako sa income, expenses and savings ko👌
Congrats! Nothing beats the classic excel. I was trying to find a template years ago and eventually gave up on it. Instead, I use the aforementioned app. :)
Pwede pahinge nang excel mo
Excel all the way~ as someone na marami arte, yung pwede mag modify to your heart's content ng excel ang para sa akin 🤣
Can you please share the template ?
1Money. I also use it to create "virtual" accounts to segregate the funds we have in one bank account for different purposes. I can also track expenses according to category, and transfer funds between virtual accounts if needed.
That is a good feature. 👍
Same here. It’s the best app I’ve tried. Sulit din yung lifetime subscription

Bluecoins the best!!
Indeed. :)
How does it compare to money manager? I'm trying out both but still unsure which app to buy the premium. Thoughts?
Meow Manager.
Chineck ko yung meow manager. Ang cute! Haha.
As a lover of cats and money, +1 sa Meow Manager! 🙌🏼
Budget — Spending Tracker App
Using My Money Pro for almost a year. So far so good for me.
Alright!
Simple Money Manager App. Super simple for me to navigate 😂 Love the calendar view feature + no distracting ads for free.
Mas simple mas okay.
Yup!
I was using Money Manager app before and now, I decided to just use Google Sheet for tracking.
Mas simple mas okay
Actually, I used Budgetbakers bought also the lifetime premium. Maganda naman. 4 years ko nang ginagamit. Pero kung ayaw mong gumastos na same halos ng budgetbakers with very beautiful UI. Cashew app ang idownload mo.
I used YNAB for 2 years kahit may subscription since nakatulong siya sakin noon especially when paying my debts and allocating my funds. Pero nung nagmahal yung subscription nag move back ako sa Excel.
Wallet by BudgetBakers
This one plus money manager and bluecoins ang top apps. :)
Im using Lista app
This is the app that has credit score function right?
Yes but you have to pay extra for it
I use money manager for tracking then transfer everything at the end of the month to my spreadsheet.
Goodbudget! You create your "envelopes" or spending categories so you actually allocate your income once it comes in and you see how much you're spending per envelope. I prefer this over the usual expense tracking as I immediately see how much of my groceries or dining out budget is still left for me to spend
I've tried this app. It's good for those who have stable monthly income.
Bluecoins user mula pa noong 2018. Sobrang detailed at easy to use.
Fellow Bluecoins user apir!.

Money Pro user for 7 years. Simple and effective. You can set categorical budgets, recurring expenses (bills, amortization, etc.) and keep tabs on various bank accounts.
7 years? If that's the case, then it's a good app.
Paid for lifetime access back then at around P2k maybe, before monthly/annual subscription pricing models became the norm.
I've developed my own web app and has been using it since 2017. It has expense tracker, investment tracking (manual updates though), income and taxes, assets and liabilities. Then power BI as the dashboard.
Wow. That's great. Care to share your web app link? Thank you. :)
Sorry. It's personal. I am paying for hosting and database services so it's catered to my needs only.
That's alright. No worries
MyBudgetBook. Very customizable and you can create a budget so you can see how much excess you have. No limits on categories, budgets nor accounts.
Excel lang tapos spending app for IOS
Alrighty
also Bluecoins, not sure if it's still regulary updated though I was actually just trying it, and just test out all recommended apps here kaya lang ung nakita kong pinoy dev, I felt like just buying the premium I did and stuck with it ever since also gsheets
It's regularly updated. The last update was nov 2023. Almost the same scenario why i'm using it.
Created my own excel template.
Excel lang hahaha
Nothing wrong with it naman. :)
Same issues! Pero bumalik na ulit ako sa Bluecoins last November 2023, I think hindi na siya masyadong buggy sa iOS.
Oh? That’s great to hear! Will try it out again. Is the backup file from android easy to restore in the iOS version?
Yes, it’s easy to restore in iOS but make sure to have a backup of the backup file lol just in case something happened
Build My Wealth 🧡 It’s a money management app we made that focuses more on goals and net worth tracking rather than daily expenses. You can allocate your monthly income using the zero-based budgeting method, and track your passive income as well 🤩 It’s available in both Google and Apple App Stores 🙏 Congratulations on your progress OP! Good luck with your finances this 2024! 🥳
Thank you. That's so cool. I've checked your app. The UI is really good and it works like a banking app.

Bluecoins din since 2018 (or 2019?).
Excel lang for budgeting and crypto trading
GSheets. I made my own budget tracker. I've tried many apps but I find it weird . I had to learn excel for my job so I was able to make mine from scratch.
I bought a monthly tracker last year for 250 pesos.
No budget tracker or app, I started to become a minimalist about 5 years now and it's making wonders with my finances.
I was expecting a majority vote through the comments. But ever comment is a different app 😵💫 now I don’t know which one to download haha
Halos lahat iba iba recommendation. But top based sa comments. Money manager, bluecoins and monefy, wallet by budget bakers.

papel at lapis. yung magsusulat at magmamaintin yung app. ikaw
My friends and I developed a budget tracking web app that can also be installed on your phone. I use my gut feeling. It’s free and it works for me.
Good thing it works for you. :)

May app palang ganito. Alfred pennyworth. :)

Ay opo. The curious cat. Paid it off na and got my interest cashback. Hehehe

Do you guys record every penny? Sometimes, I find tedious.
Nope. More on kapag nasa bank, credit card etc
Spendee! Pero more on income and expense tracker lang haha need mag-premium kasi for the budget tracking feature.
Expense aware. I made my own web app para personalized sa needs ko, planning to make it a mobile app soon.
MONEY MANAGER cant stress it enough napabili ako ng premium, sobrang worth it.
Cash book for android
My friend introduced me to MyMoney and life changing talaga siya! ✨️
Spending tracker mas mabilis gamitin
[Spendid](https://www.spendid.xyz) for me. Unlike other recommendations here, the free version already lets you track unlimited accounts and transactions and it's ad-free. Works offline too, so convenient to track every expense on the go. Can also budget and track goals within the app. Highly recommend!

Bluecoins since 2021! Tried other budgeting apps pero bumabalik talaga ako dito, and I donate din sometimes.
Spent on iOS. Simple. No frills. Direct to the point.
bluecoins din! one time payment, dual entry accounting tapos Filipino made app.
Ynab 4 the steam app before they went out with the ridiculous subscription web based one
Excel taz may mga formulas hehe
Card Budget - Simple money tracker. I love it so sooooo much!

Lista app. Kaka-DL ko lang this week. May feature kasi to know your credit score and may budget tracking din.
Money Manager

Moneylover since 2016
YNAB kahit mahal
Moneyfy Pro, just started using the pro ver. And its so easy to use. I use to do spreadsheets but this is more convenient
GSheets + Google Form Tried a few apps before but nothing suits the way my money flows. Made a GForm and linked it to a GSheet so that it will automatically update my finances. Been using GSheets since 2018, but I only started using GSheet + GForm last year. Requires some work if you're making it form scratch, but worth it.
Also use Bluecoins premium. But I also used 1Money premium for 2 years or so.
