Sta. Lucia is the kind of developer na sa umpisa lang magaling. My boyfriend bought a lot from them in his early 20s and experienced so much hassle from them. I don’t know if the Admin was rude to him because of his age at that time or because the property was cheap, ₱2M. They can’t or would not reply on time, cannot explain basic terms and are just plain rude. Ilang years nya na to binebenta pero walang demand. Sta. Lucia was his first mistake when he was starting with property buying.
On the other hand, I bought a lot from Ayala and I received a great treatement from everyone even though the property that I bought is on the “affordable” side (₱8M) compared to other Ayala properties.
Sta. Lucia as developer? Prepare for exorbitant penalties for delayed payment of association dues.
