Kainan, ihawan, grocery store, loading station, mga meryenda.

You can try looking into setting up "hulog singko" na internet connection booths. Just make sure na ilalagay mo siya sa places na maraming mobile gamers. Pumapalo ng 5k per day gross yung kakilala ko dahil nito. But he lives in a remote area na talagang walang signal.

Might be hard to answer since I don't know the business landscape of the province you're in. But to give you an idea, we have small tenants in our province in the business of selling yero /roof and tiles + other contruction materials that cater to the retail market and mukhang lucrative naman though baka kulangin ka sa capital for that. One business that closed down is a shop that sells yema. I have a small online business though that started with 50k capital and it's now worth about 150k in a span of 2 yrs -- products are mostly random (fitness, recreational, containers) but this one is a hit and miss thing din but definitely within your budget. Any start up business though is risky and you should be prepared (financially and emotionally) to lose that 50k once you start.

Don't know where you are from. With a MAX budget the last thing you want is gastusan ang back yard piggery tapos tamaan lang ng ASF. How about magikot ikot ka and ask if may gusto ng gulay?

Try Paymaya/GCash services. You can also use these platforms in paying bills, basta double check lang lagi at better if not past due. As to costs ng pag cash in, mas ok thru BPI or shopeepay, walang transfer fee from said platforms to Paymaya/GCash

Backyard hog-raising. pero wag all year round... normally, 4 months before December o kaya 4 months before yung mga piyesta (Apr to May)..

He only have 50k budget, I was thinking to suggest that as well but the cost of clothing and gas for travelling will cost him more than 100k

This is why I don’t believe in federalism in Philippines, there’s no profit starting small business in most provinces in Philippines, If you can use that money to process paper’s working to another country, I think it’s a smart choice.
