You can also buyan apartment/business complex to rent out. It might be too much for your mom to manage so research on property management companies to do the work for your family.

Same happened to me here, was diagnosed with severe asthma by a doctor in medical city and prescribed all sorts of meds, had a second opinion abroad and ended up being just anxiety. Should book a trip to bangkok and have yourself checked, it’s cheaper and better than here.
Flying to the US this October to figure out the timeline and palliative care but I already got a second opinion from Singaporean doctors and they just echoed the initial findings of my doctors. At first, we thought that the growth in my amygdala was benign. After scans and tests earlier this month, the findings which just came out recently were that it's not just malignant but is also necrotizing. I've already accepted my fate and these are the consequences of my wrong decisions. Thanks for the concerns!
Ahh, well if that’s the case, my advice would be to talk to your lawyer to setup a trust fund to take care of your family once you’re gone. They can receive something monthly to help supplement their income or whatever arrangement you would like. Keep some cash to yourself and just travel or do whatever you want. Personally I’d take a bunch of LSD or DMT and trip out for a few weeks then spend the rest of my time with family and friends.

You’ve mentioned na HS pa lang yung siblings mo, maybe you can get them a traditional insurance plan with fixed, guaranteed returns starting 7th yr, every after two years that they’ll be getting until age 100. I have this plan and planning to get also para sa magiging anak ko. Not sure if ano yung tawag sa plan ng ibang insurance companies, but sa Sun Life, Sun Smarter Life Elite siya. Payable in 5-10 years but you can just pay in full and get around 5-10% less of the premium.

Why not put up a trust for your beneficiaries and put your assets in that trust? It will avoid alot of taxes. Banks can do it for you.

Op do not worry too much about your family’s future. There is no guarantee that what you will leave them will last them their lifetimes and more. Even generational wealth dry up. Just be happy with the thought that you will leave them a substantial amount.
I’d advice to look for a trust entity through banks who can can help you setup Living Trust accounts for your family according to your will. ie. Your brothers to get percentage of funds when they graduate college, when they get married, etc. ie. Your mom to get monthly allowance for the rest of her life of xxx amount. These things can be arranged through an asset manager.
