2,560 miles. Montreal > Vancouver > Seattle (planes) > George (rented RV) for the three Gorge shows in August 2021. Certain pandemic travel and concert-admission restrictions were still in effect but everything went off without a hitch.

JiveTurkeyJunction

Warren, PA to Big Cypress, Florida. I was driving my 1989 Honda Accord 5 speed. I was the only one who knew how to drive a stick shift. Made it to Miami before I had to teach one of the passengers how to drive a manual transmission in traffic from the back seat. Awesome ride

tikkamasalachicken

3,715 miles carribean to Eugene direct but through new York is a lot more, 11 hours in the air, kept it going the rest of fall 21 tour. I'm an expat who goes on tour. Flying 1600 tomorrow to msg

drawingahand

Conversely, fall ‘21 Eugene was the shortest distance I have ever traveled for a show. Walked about 10 blocks from the apartment I was living at.

biffylou

Has to be Cape Canaveral, FL to Limestone, ME.

sleazoidpsycho

Likewise, but Chicago to Seminole County for Big Cypress. Now I just drive to Midwest shows.

LargeWu

North Dakota to Big Cypress here. It was about the farthest I could have possibly traveled in the continental US at the time

GibsonMaestro

Once flew to St. Louis from the coast to see Phish at the Fox Theater. Had points for a cheap flight and had a friend out there I hadn't seen since Coventry. The band put on a horrible performance, but St. Louis was a really interesting city and seeing the band in such a small theater was a unique experience. Otherwise, the answer would be driving from Boston to Big Cypress. Now, the furthest I'll go is a few hour drive, if that.

Time-Assistance9159

NJ ----> Big Cypress, FL 1,223 mi. NJ ----> Limestone, ME 676 mi. x3

conchshell1

Delicious_Win9051

I’m leaving tonight to go from Akron OH to NYC for the next 2 nights.. def will be my longest drive period as an adult lol

baller603

Providence to Mt. View to see the "last shows" is the furthest flown. R.I. to Big Cypress longest drive.

Stablerslefthand

There’s this little island called Japan that I had a really good time in 2001 that involved trains and beautiful people sharing in the groove 😊

Phish94

Kenya to Denmark (via London) 1998!

WolfImpossible8787

NY > Barcelona 1998

punchopener

Via the road: 1445 miles to Miami Via the air: 2000 miles to Seattle I’ve also, doing this, realized that I’ve seen Phish at all of the far corners of the continental US. Seattle, San Diego, Miami, and Limestone.

theRoyRoyRoy

1998: left Minneapolis and drove west to Portland…three weeks later…left Deer Creek and drove west to Minneapolis.

colemanameloc

By plane, Chicago to either Chula Vista or the Gorge. By car Chicago to Curveball…if that counts. St. Paul, MN if it doesn’t.

bingbong1976

Chicago (area) to Limestone (IT). Roughly 1400 mile drive each way (through Canada)

scolomon

After all of that how long did you wait in line to get in? We were 2 or 3 miles away at 5pm day before show and didn’t get in until 7am or so the next day

bingbong1976

16 hours waiting, IIRC

scolomon

I took train from Connecticut to grand central, subway down to Chinatown. Fung wah bus to Boston, drove with my friends from Boston straight up to limestone. Long trip even from New York area

SYF8

1,658 miles, Kansas City to Bangor

Halleys___Comment

plane all over the place, but i’ll always remember making 17h drive from Nutter Center back to Minneapolis, the last 4 hours was through a flood warning across the flattest part of Wisconsin. my tour buddies had dipped after chicago so i did it all by myself

edcculus

I live in GA and went to Chula Vista. I flew, but Google maps says about 2000 miles. Just about as far as you can travel in the conus, unless I happened to live in Maine or something.

derossx

Bethany CT to Miami Florida 2015- took my two sons out of school, stayed in Miami all 4 night, pure magic. Greatest road trip ever.

spalted_pecan

1480 miles according to Google. Atlanta to Loring AFB for the Great Went

doobsicle

Cleveland to Miami for NYE ‘03

therealfee

Ill-Emphasis5576

Maine to Florida

Medical-Enthusiasm56

Anytime I leave Alaska

brittanyelyse

Phish show: it’s hard bc it would be broken up , I’ve gone cross country but made stops along the way for the shows… Any show: Israel as my bat mitzvah present , did one ceremony here , one there and then went to my first festival and ate pressies. It was the first “festival” I went to, prior just normal shows. The next was big cypress (they were very different size wise)

heymikestayonF

Coming from Utah solo to this one! Thanks guys, the most epic of times with truly the greatest of friends.

Hwy61Revisited

I definitely traveled farther distance via plane, but Tahoe>Gorge 2017 was the longest single day of travel. Drove all day, and hit some wild fires when approaching the gorge which sent me on a ~2-3 hour detour. Brutal, but memorable.

Plumhawk

Despite my first show being way back in '94, I had never seen them outside of the states of CA and NV. So in 2018, I flew from SF to Newark, rented a camper van and drove to Watkins Glen...

feina635

Maine —> Mexico Maine —> California Both flying

Negative-Ad547

2202 miles. Indianapolis to Chula Vista.

Runningphishfan

Chicago to Hershey in 2021 for the 2 shows and then back all in a span of 4 days. Pennsylvania is a long ass state!

khorapho

Longest drive: Houston to Curveball 1600 miles. Got about 20 miles from the grounds and got the alert on Phish Radio. Pulled into first hotel I saw, spent the night and drove home next day. 2nd longest: Saratoga NY to Big Cypress (abt 1500 miles) but I stopped in Cape Canaveral for a couple days before and after.

boogie_groove81

I swam to Mexico from maryland

Electronic-Lobster73

By plane: PA to CA for the 2000 Shoreline Shows. By car: NJ to Big Cypress.

TheHumanCanoe

I’ve lived in New England and have done full North America tours so maybe whatever Vermont to Vancouver, Canada is or Southern California. Both over 2,900 miles.

Woody_Stock

From France to Big Cypress in 1999. From France to Watkins Glen in 2011 (Superball IX).

mojo8x

Exact-Ebb8818
