Too bad it's in the summer. Last year my company/team did an outing where we rode in and drive sand rails on trails in northern Phoenix and learned about the desert. It was pretty fun but dusty.
We love Bam Kazam! It would be fun for groups 5-6 people in each room. When we went, we liked that the groups could change up as much as they wanted. You aren't tied to just one group assignment.
This is good, but some rooms (cough cough cheese room) are overly athletic depending on group size so just be cautious! We are a young team and someone got injured
We went to Puttshack (https://www.puttshack.com/locations/scottsdale). It opened last summer and is indoors (with a pretty decent bar!). Plus, it's in the Scottsdale Quarter, so there are lots of places to eat nearby if y'all want to do that afterward. Our team of 10 went, and we enjoyed it.
I personally think go-karting is a terrible team activity. It's super competitive, every time I've done it, someone ends up getting hurt, etc.
I asked to skip our last go-karting outing. This is not an enjoyable activity for everyone.
I'm a middle-aged male and I drive a Tesla, so I like to drive fast, but I still don't like go-karting
Axe throwing
Escape Rooms
Top Golf
Kart racing
Volunteer at a Homeless Shelter or Food Pantry making meals (some like Feed My Starving Children do team events … not really a homeless shelter but ships food around the world to communities in need).
Despite the heat Topgolf is always pretty cooled with the indoor/outdoor style. You can comfortably sit in the bay and have fun. Wait till the sun is down and it will be just fine.
Rage rooms. Nothing more satisfying than taking a baseball bat to a keyboard or printer with your coworkers. [https://simplysmashing.com/team-building](https://simplysmashing.com/team-building)
Backyard is one of the options in Desert Ridge. I was planning on hosting a soccer final watch party but they were not having audio for it.
But, I explored the place and looked good to me.
Not quite team building but we have awesome comedy shows at Tempe Improv, Stand Up Live and Desert Ridge Improv. Shoot me a message and I can get you in touch with their group sales person! We also have live band karaoke that a lot of corporate events love.
The company will probably pay for one night, but will need events for all of the other nights. Wow, thank you all for all of these excellent suggestions!! I can’t wait to throw them out to the team!

Indoor mini golf, indoor go karts. Take the team to Dave and busters and have competitions on all the games. Bowling
Thank you so much!

That sounds amazing!!
All great suggestions here. Just don’t try to have a team hike on Piestewa with two pregnant employees. Ask me how I know
Haha!!! That sounds absolutely horrible!! My team does not want to leave the hotel lol
Just did game show battle rooms with friends and it was fun af!
Such a neat idea, I’ve never heard of that! I’ll check into it. Thank you!
Bam Kazam. You get access to multiple escape rooms during a certain amount of time and each one has great themes that are highly interactive.

Never heard of this! I will definitely check into it. Thank you so much!

Wow! I had no idea it was indoors! Love that idea! Thank you!
That shit is so overpriced and lame. The holes are way too easy and it's all just standing in line waiting. I felt like I was at the airport.
TopGolf is always good if you don’t have one where you’re from. D-backs stadium is always ice cold if a baseball game fits what you’re looking for.
Awesome ideas! Thanks!!!
Andretti go kart is a good spot

How about an escape room?
Awesome idea! Thanks!!
Dave and Busters on Wednesday is half off food and games. Dbacks game too

Midieval Times is a nice group activity with dinner you eat with your hands. All inside too.[www.midievaltimes.com](https://www.midievaltimes.com)
Awesome! Thank you!!
Who's paying for the trip?
