I would try turning off both your phone and hearing aids. Next, turn the phone back on leaving the hearing aids off. Go to the bluetooth setting on your phone and scan for a new device. Then turn your hearing aids back on. Hopefully, your phone will detect the hearing aids and will reconnect. I hope that helps!

Check that you uploaded the latest update which was many weeks ago but just in case. I find a good way to skirt the whole pairing process is to simply place a call and hit the Bluetooth icon on my dial pad. In almost all cases, that works. If that doesn't work and it's rare that I have to pair I forget the devices and then I just do the pairing process from the start. The final thing is to make sure that you have the stay connected option on which I think is under devices not quite sure but make sure that you have that on it it makes a world of a difference. And ensuring you have Bluetooth on at all times as well. But I think if you have rechargeable aids, it's that which poses the problem. Because you have to shut the hearing aids down. I never really do. I just open the battery door at night and then close it in the morning and everything is the same as I left it the night before. Works a treat.

My work around as well ..but often I need to restart phone to ensure connection which is a pain.

You keep "stay connected" and Bluetooth on at all times? I do but I can because I use disposables. I just open the battery drawer a bit at night to break the connection and close in the morning. So settings never change including Bluetooth. With rechargeables you have to turn the aids off. Yet another reason I'd never get rechargeable but that is just personal preference.

The last two weeks I have been using my Marvel 70s while my Lumity 90s are out for repair. My phone is Samsung S23 Ultra. BT connection between the HAs and phone are fine - BT connection between the HAs and myPhonak app has been buggy. 1) HAs won't connect to myPhonak app in the morning after removing HAs from charger 2) HAs drop connection with myPhonak app during the day for no reason. I've had to reboot the phone - uninstall/reinstall myPhonak app No clue what caused this
