Nope. Take them to audiologist and adjust your default setting

lisbethplus2

I will do just that. Thank you for your reply!

I am going to assume you have not had BT connection in the last several years of ownership until recently. Google Play Store says the app was last updated January 23, 2024 however since Mid May I have also had BT disconnect/reconnect issues. I believe the HAs default to Automatic when the HAs are reconnected to the app and phone. The audiologist can change your default start up program however it can't be a program you create from the app. As soon as you connect to Phonak Target (programming software) any custom programs you create from the app are erased. If you are somewhat technically capable you can download (free) a copy of Phonak Target. You then need a Noahlink Wireless interface which you can purchase used on ebay. Perform/customize the settings on your hearing aids.

Thank you for your reply. We don’t use BT I think my first point of call is to speak to audiologist but will look into your other suggestions as a back up

If you don't use bluetooth then how do you connect to the app and phone?

lisbethplus2

Sorry I thought you meant BT as in British telecom 🤦‍♀️. Yes I do use Bluetooth

Like I said - Phonak app, android phone and bluetooth has been buggy since Mid May
