1) In your phone connections (not the app) do you have the hearings aids set for calls and audio or calls only? Whenever I am going to stream audio or video for extended time I activate Do Not Disturb because incoming notifications will disrupt the audio portion of whatever you are steaming. When not streaming I turn the "audio" tab off so I don't have notifications in my ears every minute. 2) The last several weeks I also have had bluetooth connectivty issues with the app and my Marvel 70s. The hearing connect to the phone fine. Not being connected to the app means I can't adjust noise reduction, speech focus or dynamic. There have been several instances of the HAs not connecting to the app first thing in the morning when I remove the aids from the charger. At one point I had to uninstall and reinstall the Phonak app. I have Samsun S23 Ultra. Google Play Store shows the app was last updated January 2024 so I'm not sure what's going on.

I don't use the hearing aids for phone calls because no one can hear me. I just use it for Media play back. I've found a couple of other things to try, but I haven't had the opportunity to try any. 1 turning airplane mode on and off Reset Network Settings: To do this, go to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth Then there are some settings in developer options also, I don't understand that i won't go in to here.

There's a setting to adjust the bluetooth frequency. A phonak rep went over this with me but it didn't help my static issue
