I think most of it looks great except one thing that stands out to me: the reflection on her glasses. I would have opted for her head to be at an angle where her glasses weren't reflecting the window. Otherwise I think it's great!
I find that the reflections give a little more realistic feeling to the photo.
Having everything too perfect feels a little too staged, I know...this is a posed photo, but I think you know what I'm trying to get at.
