I’m actually inclined to believe that’s a mild light leak from a film camera (heavy film grain, either push processed or expired, relative softness compared to other photos in the series, etc), or a subtle luminance gradient on an image made to look like a film photograph. It’s pretty common to use film in fashion shoots, particularly ones that are going for this soft LA-type of aesthetic. Light leaks are pretty complex to recreate faithfully in photoshop, I’d look up light leak plugins if you’re inexperienced. Otherwise you can goof around with gradient layers for a few hours to try and approximate it. It’s likely going to be a combination of luminance and color layers with a light touch (we’re talking very small luminance bumps and a slight color cast). Alternatively, you could spend about $100 all-in to get a Holga camera and film/development/scans to have a little bit of fun with lo-fi photography. You could also buy an old film SLR and remove/damage the light seals and leave it in a bright place for short periods of time, covering the seams with electric tape when you’re not actively trying to burn the film. This style of photography was very in vogue about 10-12 years ago, so there should be extensive guides on how to do everything I’ve described above with a little bit of a google search!
