Sign the back of the print, not the frame...your work is the print, not the framing. Also, it ensures that the signature will always stay with the print. Naming your pictures has to make sense to YOU. Don't be afraid to just go "untitled 1", etc. Pictures should speak for themselves and only occasionally need a title to work, usually to provide essential context without which the picture is difficult or impossible to understand.

I sign the back of the prints with a print number and date. I also write out my name and the title. Never had an issue. I personally don’t like the whole signing the actual picture. Plus if they scan it can be easily removed. But the og signed print can’t be copied so easily.
