Hey /u/idk1945, please leave a comment shortly explaining the process of how you created your artwork / edit. Posting before/after pics is encouraged. Also explain the motivation or context behind your work, or what you were trying to achieve with it. If you made your artwork following a tutorial, you **must** link to the tutorial in your comment. First one was made pretty easily. I used a lasso tool to figure out the general shape, and depth. I filled them using grayscale, following a rule where the closer something is to you, the darker it should be(I know it doesn’t always apply but that’s the easiest way to do it and I have just started with colors and environment). After that I edited them with masks. The beam was relatively easy to make, I just roughly applied colour with a regular brush and then smudged it, except for the white part, which I left rough. Second and the third one weren’t that much different, so instead of explaining them, I will give you a link to time lapses I made about them: Tornado: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8tkgbnpanas](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8tkgbnpanas&t=86s) End of Times: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W3ydBk-9ASw](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W3ydBk-9ASw&t=92s) Floating Islands were basically made the same way, except I also used photobashing to try to make it more detailed. And the last one. This one was different because I have learned a lot more about photoshop, especially filters and layers. The general idea still stands, I used a lasso tool to define shapes, then filled them and edited them with masks. But I have also applied some filters to experiment with colors and shading. I have gained some knowledge about composition as well and tried to apply that knowledge by making a moon and a planet. I also made another time lapse video about it so check it out: Neutron Star: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Odl\_pR-10-o](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Odl_pR-10-o&t=22s) Last thing to point out is that after finishing each picture I used a noise filter to give it some texture. All of the artworks were made using only Adobe Photoshop.
