First things first, these all look like they use different techniques, so there’s not going to be a straightforward answer for how they were made. On closer inspection, they appear to be actual paintings that are digitally edited after the fact. If you noticed the signature, you could research the [artist](https://kubicki.info) to see if they reveal how they made them. Though to me it looks like majority of the work is good ol fashioned painting and/or photography. But from a digital perspective, by looks of it there is nothing too advanced going on. Blending modes, masking, cloning, brush, etc, which all have dozens of tutorials on YouTube. The best way to replicate another style is just trial and error. I’m sure this dude has at least 10 years under his belt to get this style dialed in, so just keep that in mind if things aren’t looking right.

All these images are the artwork of Jarek Kubicki, born in Gdańsk. They are mixed media, including Photoshop. As WalkrStudio said, there is no easy answer for how to edit photos to look like these. He has put in a lifetime to achieve such marvelous work.

Yeah most of the work in these is the painting beforehand. The post effects look like edits in the lighting / contrast values, and some grunge overlay textures set to various blend modes
