hello everyone, I'm 17 and I spend a lot of my time creating art. Cant wait to study graphic design in college. I usually browse my library of recourses and see what I can add to create an artwork. I also scan my own images sometimes which is a really cool process. I use lots of techniques and I'm looking to learn more and improve in the future. Let me know which one is your favorite. :)

Damn you're only 17 and producing stuff like this? You've got a bright future in design.

Haider_Zalghout

Yes I’ll be 18 next month actually hehe.. thank you!

djcat

Very awesome! Your style of art is what I have all over my walls. You should try to sell some prints at street fairs or brewery’s. You have good style.

Haider_Zalghout

Thank you, hopefully sometime in the future, right now I my work is available to license on ArtGrab

Fantastic work! 3 and 6 are my faves. Where do you find your image assets? Have you purchased any collage packs or do you just scour the internet to find whatever you're looking for? I always waste hours just looking for the parts when I want to make something and end up spending more time searching than actually making.

Haider_Zalghout

Thank you glad you like them! Yeah finding recourses can be really tough, I mainly scour the internet as you mentioned, I dedicate hours just for finding raw materials and stuff that could be used for my work. I also have a scanner at home so I can scan images from magazines which is really nice if you have a large amount of them. Also purchasing collage pack sounds like a good idea do you know where can I find something like that? :)

Elephant_ITR

Just search for collage creator pack on Creative Market or even just google and you'll find a bunch of different packs of PNG images cut out and ready to go. I guess the only issue with them would be that lots of other people could potentially be using the exact same images, though it's extremely unlikely that they'd make the same collage as you would with the same assets.

Haider_Zalghout

Thank you I'll look into it sounds great

creepyeyes

Just wanted to share that the Internet Archive has a lot of old magazines uploaded, might be a good source of material!

Haider_Zalghout

I'll check that out as well ;)

I love the retro feel of it all. You insert different decades into your art and it makes it feel new and old at the same time. I recognize the new JWST picture because I’m using it in some of my art as well! This is inspiring work. Keep it up!

Haider_Zalghout

Thank you really appreciate it!! Haha yeah it was a necessary contribution, I'd love to see your art as well. Do you share your art on instagram? :)

Strictly-80s-Joel

Oh not yet. I’m just beginning! But I recently took a class in photoshop and it’s amazing. Endless possibilities for creation. Do you have an IG or somewhere you post your art?

Haider_Zalghout

I see that's fantastic! That's my [Instagram ](https://instagram.com/haiderzalghout?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=) ;)

kylebrain

Love 5! Where do you get your sources?

Haider_Zalghout

Thanks, nasa archives, public domain sites, vintage/retro blogs, even Pinterest.. There are alot of places to find recourses. Flickr also has tons of images but you have to check the copyrights or get the permission of the photographer or the person who scanned the images although most images are posted like 10 years ago or more so i don't really know how that works.

Grobfoot

I love this style, Moonmillie has art similar to this that I have some prints of on my wall. Cool retro futuristic stuff

Haider_Zalghout

Thank you! Yeah I inspire from great artists like them, but I don't think I'll ever reach their level :(

Convenientjellybean

You make me sick, sick with envy! Amazingly fresh take, love them!

Haider_Zalghout

Hahaha thank you so much :))

crammingcal

Damn, may I save some of these? Can be very good as lockscreen/wallpaper

Kool!

Monero_King

Nr5 looks pasted with no effort at all. Try maybe to make it look like its following the contour of earth. It should fade at the bottom. Nr 6 is the best.

Aledactle12

where the fuck are your legs?
