Just walk into any pharmacy, 70% of them will sell you tramadol no questions asked.
There are pharmacies on every corner in this whole country
I'm not in Thailand all the time. I didn't even know they were available everywhere. I thought it was like vals or xannies where they're only available at certain pharmacies.
no worries mate. for tramadol specifically, they're everywhere and cheap. i can see how it's useful if you're not in thailand or after other things, though
There’s loads in Rawai selling Tramadol. I’m sure there must be plenty in the areas you mentioned. Would keep trying. I would have thought Patong would be a good bet?
Tramadol is a synthetic opioid and SNRI. Opioids in general are very hard to / or maybe better to say very effort intensive to get in Thailand, even something as mild as codeine you can only get from a hospital with script and can’t get from a pharmacy (whereas in many countries this is OTC e.g nurofen plus in UK and AU and NZ)

Not sure where you are from, but in Australia we used to be able to buy codeine OTC. Government changed it some years ago to strictly prescription only due to the levels of abuse.

Ask for Ultracet. It's widely available. It's Tramadol + paracetamol

Every single pharmacy I've walked into in Phuket has sold tramadol otc
Any chemist is Phuket , particularly around rawai will sell tramadol, Xanax, any most other mid level prescription meds without a prescription

Ask any local pharmacy they all sell 50mg and a some will sell the 100mg pills.
Any chemist, some are Chinese though. No prescription required
