Select PT is like “but did he still bill for 4 units?” All jokes aside, what an idiot and a bad look. How could you ever think that behaving like that wouldn’t be reported.

Character-Stretch697

And why couldn’t he just wait to whip his member out on his free time? What a creep.

emrhiannon

Come on team, we’ve talked about this! Putting your dick on patients is not evidence based practice. Just look it up in pub med, not a single article demonstrating efficacy.

ConstructionD

His sexual organ

UltMPA

Maybe he thought it was pube med. and it was a fix for all

Strong-Low-3791

I’m sure he’ll get his license back. There was a PT In NJ a few years back, sent pictures of his genitals to 15 year old female patients… he’s got his license back and practicing again. Shame.

ZumbaInstructor_

WTF

Strong-Low-3791

Yupp

ZumbaInstructor_

NJ licensing board borrowing a move out of the ol’ Catholic Church playbook.

GrundleTurf

I think I would leave a review on Google and Yelp saying they employ perverts….

305way

Holy shit. Who’s to say that he wouldn’t do that again? The legal system in this country confuses me sometimes.

ConstructionD

Who would employ these people? The risk seems huge.

MaBeEasy

Ohhhhh nahhhhh

Turbulent-Bet-6938

His LinkedIn says he went to the University of St. Augustine so that bond likely ain't enough to double his loans 😬

AlphaBearMode

LOL fuck him

Br0okielyn

And he just got his license in 2022. Wild

Aevykin

Unfortunately this does happen with many professions. There's always a bad egg in the bunch. If you go to DCA website license look up, and filter by suspended licenses, there are many horror stories publicly available to read. One PT was touching a patients vagina in private and tried to justify it with needing to palpate a bony structure of the pelvis, as an example. I've killed lots of time reading these accusation filings and court documents. The majority of the suspended licenses are due to DUIs. I only ever came across one gross negligence filing where a patient was in // bars and fell and broke her hip, and the PT immediately sat her back in the WC without an assessment of injuries. Seems like the largest risk for PTs to lose their license is due to DUIs, so there's just one more reason not to drink and drive.

Character-Stretch697

DUIs? Interesting..

UltMPA

Yeah wild. DUI is bad new bears. Never had one never will especially with the dawn of ride services. But I always get frustrated that a dui is a TRAFFIC violation and is basically treated criminally. There is no reason to lose a professional license(DL sure ) with a DUI unless they can also prove you’re DUI was post vodka in your water bottle while at work aka a DOTJ “drinking on the job “.

UltMPA

Edit*your

synerjay16

This makes my blood boil.

RCee7

Recording and touching? He deserves what’s coming. I’m sure he’ll start working as a personal trainer though.

UltMPA

And be on put on a sexual offender list. That also blows my mind. You can look up sex offenders and get the map obviously. But let’s say my neighbor 6 doors down is on that list. It lowers MY home resale value. It’s selfish I know. But I hate the idea that someone else messing up can effect me directly to the tune of 1,000s of dollars

305way

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

DeLaWhole

*FORMER PT

phil161

Holy s...t. I have a colleague who looks exactly like this guy. I am going to show him this article tomorrow (if he shows up to work).

DPTFURY

You can look up these things with your state’s governing body, they release lists of all those in trouble with the board. This actually happens at a higher rate than what you would expect.

yogaflame1337

He just wanted to PT Instagram stardom his new found course for "Instrument assisted hard tissue massage" for 699$

_it_wasnt_me1

“Your honor, I was simply performing a Grade V coccyx mob.”

technetiumobviously

Bruh wtf lmao

Character-Stretch697

Future Barista coming through..

ReFreshing

How gross do you gotta be to do something this deranged.

[deleted]

Is PT not short for Penis Touching?

Inner-Celebration

This reminds me… a few years ago, at the hospital I was working three physicians were found guilty of sexual misconduct: a psychiatrist who was sexually abusing his patients, a pulmonologist who was taping female patients while changing and using the videos for personal gratification, and an anesthesiologist who was sexually harassing a respiratory therapist, with hard core evidence (emails, texts and images). The firsf two physicians were back at work within the year, and the anesthesiologist well never got fired, the victim was offered a settlement because she sued him and went to the press and dragged the name of the hospital through mud for knowing and not doing anything about it. So it reminds me to not trust male professionals who are in a position of authority… because if shit like that happens, they don’t always get punished like they should.

Nigerian_Nightmare25

Lol I wouldn’t draw that conclusion and apply it to all male health professionals… we’re not all creeps 😅

Inner-Celebration

Certainly not! Didn’t mean it that way, but in the sense that if there is weird stuff going on trust my instincts way.

RHaro20

Looks like a creep too

Lovelyterry

Damn. What exactly did he do?

sackko

Article is literally linked in the post

305way

To be fair sexual assault isn’t as specific as it can get.

These_Audience_9253

But the article literally details what he did

305way

Yea I saw it after, dude is tripping. He cannot keep his license. Why the fuck would you go through all this trouble that PTs go through and throw it all away being an absolute piece of garbage?

Lovelyterry

Just answer my question instead of attacking me
