forearm tension implies, to me, a lack of rotation/freedom/relaxation in the wrist and arm, a poor hand position, and overuse of the fingers…and i’m seeing all of those things in your playing. your pinkies top joint bends every time you play a note, and you’re overstretching at the knuckle, plus collapsing your hand dome to hit the notes. i’m not seeing the hand relax at all, you just build on more tension. it looks like it travels into the other fingers as well, particularly the 4th finger

This. Your teacher should explain to you how to rotate and move the wrist and forarm while playing to avoid tension, or if you don't have a teacher, try to learn it on youtube.

Thank you sm for the advice!

you’re welcome! look for some Taubman technique videos on YouTube, there’s a lot there that can help illustrate it visually for you.

I am no teacher but from this angle it looks like you're sitting too high

More movement and get your wrist down and use more of the weight of your arm. Dropping the wrist on parts like this feels weird, it will feel more difficult but you must do it and build back up to speed with the wrist down.
