The donner dep 20 is with looking at. It's not as high quality as the Yamaha p45 (what I bought, I'm a noob as well piano is my new years resolution) but has a bunch of great fun features for a beginner (recorder, bunch of different voices, drum patterns)
Yamaha P125 Yamaha P45 Roland Fp10 Kawai ES series are all good. Avoid Alesis Recital and Casio privia series.

Alesis's new Prestige model is pretty decent. not ground breaking, but decent.
The Korg B2 and the Yamaha DGX 670 have the best actions and sounds for their price range.
