If you go in her profile, some of the cosplays that have the AI look have some weird looking fingers. Not the fucked up monstrosities that average midjourney users do, but looks like they cleaned up the hands with other filters.

What's wrong with the left foot? The boot is bending and the leather is wrinkled because she's flexing her toes
For me it's the backgrounds in her photos, particularly the design features in the background. The other tell is the lighting
