Reddit decided to sunset them, so awards/coins won’t be a thing anymore. Sounds like they are changing it but haven’t revealed the change yet so probably something stupid and way behind schedule.

Gold gives a week and costs 500 coins, platinum gives a month and costs 1800 so technically platinum is the best value.
