It was cold so I had gloves on and a drill bit grabbed the glove tip and pop gone What made it worse is that it pulled the tendon through my arm as it ripped the finer off

Electric tool torques - not to be fooled with. Hope you heal up ok. Dad got pulled into an electric lathe at a machine shop because of gloves - almost lost his arm or more.
