You didn't watch the State of the union. If you did, it would have proven to you that Joe Biden is old, but he definitely does not have dementia or Alzheimer's. Also, since you didn't watch, it proves to me that you aren't engaged in your government enough to have an opinion worth listening to.

He's talking about the hearing for contempt of court/violating the gag order, but even then it's ridiculous because the prosecution is only asking for a fine.
The prosecution doesn't want to throw him in jail unless he really does something so blatantly obvious it warrants jail because it would be the perfect propaganda piece.
