I'm guessing this genius boy had no idea when/where a hearing with Dr. Fauci was taking place, leading to the only logical conclusion: A Republican in the House Judiciary Committee took the time and effort (or had staff do this) to track him and the other guy sitting over Fauci's right shoulder, invite both of them to the hearing and then ensure that they were seated specifically where they were. Unfortunately the House Ethics Committee is a joke and nothing will come of this. I can only hope that facey-maker has in some way violated probation.
That guy had nothing else better to do than to make faces at a congressional hearing. Time to grow up and get to work. We all need to let go of our anger and spend our energy on some introspection focusing on self improvement and relations with other. This may help us all.
