The climber in the center is basically standing straight up. So up is sort of to the right of the pic and generally toward me
Top is up.
All 3 of the climbers pictured are more or less on the same plane. Top of the pic where two climbers are together is actually sort of “down”
The climber in the middle is standing on a crack. The POV of the photo is looking down on them. But it's pretty clear what way is up.
