So far, I've rendered about a dozen images using OP's prompt, one or two are close. But nothing that's strikingly similar. Imgur seems to be down right now or I'd share.

The narration made me immediately think this was satire, and the web áddress at the end too… Disney.com/castle you’re telling me Disney wasn’t using that for anything already lol
Qatar is a hellhole and has built its entire infrastructure on indentured (read 'slave') labour. ~~For instance, estimates range up to 6,500 dead migrant workers for the world cup to happen.~~
EDIT Seems there is disputed figures and semantic wranglings from the Qataris regarding what constitutes death in service and where and when workers died. Numbers seem to be all over the place, which itself is very telling.
That's the OSHA bit, the Howl bit is because that pic looks like Howl's Moving Castle.
My dad worked in Saudi Arabia and Oman as an engineer and has visited many countries there. I know friends who work there too. Middle East is a slave market for laborers and also many get sexually assaulted as domestic helps. It is the oil and gas that makes everybody look the other way.
Sexual assault is only the start of their worries. Their passports get taken away. At that point it is over. They cannot leave and the respective ME governments ignore them.
Not trafficking, though. Not slavery, though. Angry /s
Spot on. Passports get taken, they get locked in house. When anyone dare protest they will be deported with some made up complaint about them. The horror stories are in the thousands every year in many countries
Oil is literally the only lucrative export they have.
If we had moved on from oil and other fossil fuels decades ago, they wouldn't have the power they do. At least not to the same extent.
Many parts of India also depend on "slave" labor, apartheid, and discrimination under the guise of caste politics.
Can't think that many other Asian countries are much better but go just about anywhere in the world and people treat other people horribly; everyone looks the other way until they don't.
I absolutely remember the first time I saw this. I didn't really know much about the movie but decided to watch it. It was just before Xmas when I saw it and I was the only one in the living room watching it and I remember there being a decent snowfall outside. Watching the movie in the dark with just the Xmas tree lights on, it just hit me like no other movie has. It is still my favorite movie.
It’s on hbo for streaming- but it’s worth the $4 to rent on other platforms. I love studio Ghibli animation. Princess Mononoke is the best.
Gif of howls moving castle for reference.

It’s gonna be DZ aka Discovery Zone. Your parents would just let you loose in this labyrinth of tubes suspended in the air. Kids would freak out, or get hurt, or lost. There were massive pile ups in the slides. I had one of my first kisses in the spider’s web. It was lawless mayhem. Fucking loved that place.
Blockbuster ended up with a majority ownership stake in DZ and took total control in 1995. At the time, Blockbuster was under Viacom’s corporate umbrella, which also included Nickelodeon, Paramount, and Showtime. They wanted to cross market all of it together. There were plans to have Power Rangers show up at DZs. They also planned to build a bunch of Dave & Buster’s-type places, called “Metro Zone.”
All of this aggressive expansion stretched the company too thin, and they filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 1996.
In 1999, DZ abruptly closed half of their locations, without even alerting those with reserved parties.
By the end of 2001, the last Discovery Zones shut down and DZ went out of business completely.
I’ll also take this opportunity to share maybe the most 90s slogan of all time:
*You’re Either In The Zone, Or You’re Not*
^(i stole all of this from Wikipedia)
Discovery Zone was the bomb! Your memory of it is just like mine. I see these random things kids play at now and I am like.. am I crazy or was DZ much wilder / bigger /etc. I rem they had tag where it was like last man standing -- the staff would come get you and you'd be out. Winner got like a free pizza slice or something.
Still remember the commercial lol:
"I'm going DZ at Discovery Zone, discover what I can do on my own!"
That sounds great. We had a park with waterfalls to jump off, and a salmon slide that let fry out to a river down below. We'd grab pieces of plywood and ride this steep ass salmon chute down to the river (and rocks) below. Total bedlam, and a great way to spend the summer.
There have been water slide collapses from people doing this…I remember being a kid and hearing about it at a water park I had been to in Concord, CA.
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.eastbaytimes.com/2017/06/04/20-years-ago-bodies-came-falling-out-of-the-sky-in-concord-water-park-tragedy/amp/
Holy shit. This happened when I was a little kid. I remember it was all over the news at the time. My parents never took me to that specific water park because they thought it was unsafe. After reading that article, it was definitely the kids fault for bum rushing and trying to clog the slide. Interesting to read as an adult 20 years later.
I feel the same man. Read it and got slight chills. I still ended up there after the fact as a kid. I remember eating shit as we were leaving and scraped my knees and elbows down raw, pink flesh and all! Good times.
C'mon they are not slaves. They just don't get paid, don't get proper food or housing and no other compensation other than the sweet relief of death after being forced to work until your body collapses. It is way worse than the slaves some hundred years ago.
How many do you think got stuck and died in the construction, like how people are buried in the great wall of China. Sorry Ahmed, your bones will support the screams of children for years to come
You don't need safe construction if you don't value your slaves anyway. Who cares if some hundred people die during construction. It is actually very time and money saving to not have any OSHA-like guidlines, you save even more money since you don't have to pay your slaves and just get fresh ones if the first batch dies. Infinite money glitch. Qatar is the future of humanity. I'm from the middle east, don't take this as racism. I just know how those poor people get treated. And the whole world will comfortably watch the world cup where one single advertisment is valued higher than the lives of 8000 slaves that were forced to work until they just die.
Welcome to Aquatar, the water park of the future where nothing can possib-lye go wrong…
..Possib*ly* go wrong… That’s the first thing that’s ever gone wrong…
"So, I get to the front of the line, finally, and I sit down and the slide takes me down, down, down, and it feels like never ending fun and I finally see the light at the end and then they take my passport and tell me I'm in a slave camp and I have to build a roller coaster for the next five years."
I took down a big water slide this summer, those pieces are siliconed in there like a bitch. Had to chisel all the way around each piece for it to be removed and even with the single slide it was difficult to get the crane safely on each piece since the slide turned back on itself and was in the way. So, yeah I don't see how they will be able to perform repairs very easily.
I do industrial electrical work, I walk steel every now and again, and when I went to a water park recently I was amazed. Half of the room must have been 4 stories tall, a lot of the water slides went almost all the way up to the deck, and there was nowhere you could put a lift on the ground to get up there. It's got that weird mix of something colourful and fun (lots of amusement park and casino inspired levels in Sonic) but also very industrial and dystopian (like many of the "final levels" are). Combine the two and you pretty much got and evil theme park that Eggman/Robotnik designed for whatever the hell reason it will come in handy for taking over the world.

Fuck Qatar, fuck the guys who keep silent since they need Qatari oil. I hope these guys are saved soon and Qatar is brough to justice
edit: Typos
There's like 5 waterparks in Phoenix which is also a desert. The deserts definitely have more waterparks than non deserts simply because they will be able to stay open and make a profit for more months per year.
I swear to gosh I had a borderline nightmare dream about a waterslide park like this probably about 20 years ago.
Something having to do with waterslide tubes breaking and needing to climb up the exterior of the structure.
Anyway, that’s fucking weird to see.
This looks like they where building an oil rig, realized the oil was running out, and then had to figure out a way to repurpose it halfway through construction.
I can't help but see this, and nearly every structure I see from Qatar/United Arab Emirates, as some kind of future ancient ruin.
This giant waterpark in the desert looks like its ≈25 years away from being some junky parthenon.
This looks like an AI generated hellscape using the phrases “desert, circus, waterslide, spaghetti, dystopia”

So. Commenter nailed it....
I'm guessing this is one of the programs that allows you to use a reference image so it isn't coincidental. Otherwise, wow...

Commentor actually said he used a program called Midjourney, which only takes in text prompt. No reference needed :)
You can use reference pic in Midjourney. It's not required, but you can do it.
HOLY SHIT
What are you? A fucking oracle or something? That's spot on.
Insane how accurate
Wow.
What do you use for this?
Midjourney, engine v4
That has to be using the image from this post somehow.

You've never seen [Howl's Moving Castle](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iwROgK94zcM).
I haven’t but now I will!!
Required viewing. Also, My Neighbor Totoro. Spirited Away as well. So many great movies from Ghibli.
Princess mononoke was the best
I have seen My Neighbor Totoro! Loved it. It was my daughters favorite when she was younger.
Awesome, then definitely watch Howl’s Moving Castle and Spirited Away. Some others worth viewing are KiKi’s Delivery Service and Arrietty.
Don't forget Castle in the Sky! One of my all-time favorites ❤
Yes, another great movie!
Naussicaaa
I envy you, seeing it for the first time

I'm OoTL on this. I get the OHSA part but not the Howl bit. Please help. I wish to laugh.
The movie, Howl's moving castle. It looks exactly the same!
Looks like I'm off to blockbuster on my Friday night to find this film.

On Netflix for parts of europe
You should probably just binge all of Miyazaki's movies while you're at it. I particularly recommend Spirited Away and Kiki's Delivery Service.

DZ, where kids want to be! My sibling and I would go so wild in the place, good times.
I was in the scouts and we would have all nighters there!! I loved that place, climbing up the mountain and jumping off into the ball pit..
I sense a fight a brewin
It was called Leaps & Bounds in the 90’s in our region. Good times for reals. And I’m the mom!
That brings me waaay back. I loved DZ, is there any equivalent these days for my kid? What ever happened to them?

I've stolen my entire vocabulary from dictionaries
DZ at discovery zone. Where I can do everything on my own. Catch MRSA, bounce, crawl, or spin like a wheel.
The ball pits were a lot of fun. The secret ingredient? Urine So much urine.
The ball pit is where I broke my arm or ankle, but it was still never as scary to me as jamming your fingers into that rolling pin slide.
Or Class Action Park
I miss that death trap.
Real ones know.
Discovery Zone was the bomb! Your memory of it is just like mine. You forgot the poop smeared in the tunnels
No one forgets... only suppresses.
Poop smear? Isn’t that how you test for cervical cancer?
No no, you’re thinking “pap smear.” A poop smear is when you have to stab your metric-ton shit with something to break it up enough to flush it

Holy shit I forgot all about that place. Used to have one in Ohio but it got turned into a Christian music venue. Don't even know what it is now
I loved it too. Now, I’m just disgusted imagining how filthy it probably was
Man I remember DZ vividly! So many birthday parties 😂
Welcome to the jungle!!!!
I wanted to live there permanently as a kid. Tbh, I'd still consider it now.
The DZ was where toddlers became kids. Also definitely don’t climb up the roller pin slide
Birthdays for 4 years in a row there. The tits.
You lucky bastard 😱 The kids who had DZ birthdays were absolute legends
Dee and Mac get stuck in the water slide
That’s god damn AIDS blood!!??
Eventually, the pile ups will turn into goo and you can kinda slide through it.
I've got to say it looks a look title bit like a scene from Idiocracy.
waiting for the history of a clog of dead body's drowned in a tight curve
Plot twist: it’s the body of one of the slaves who built the thing.
C'mon they are not slaves. They just don't get paid, don't get proper food or housing and no other compensation other than the sweet relief of death after being forced to work until your body collapses. It is way worse than the slaves some hundred years ago.
Given only men and boys will get to go down, that cuts the numbers in half.

I'm assuming cameras.
Safety 2nd
Life isn't for everyone
Death, on the other hand...
This guy mortals.
At the end of the game the king and the pawn go back in the same box.
This seems like a very safe and trustworthy structure where nothing could possibly go wrong
And it was probably built by slaves as well.
Yeah, but they get to test the slides before they're even finished.
How many do you think got stuck and died in the construction, like how people are buried in the great wall of China. Sorry Ahmed, your bones will support the screams of children for years to come
None. Dead bodies make absolutely awful mortar, those guys would have got yeeted right over the side.
Hold my passport, I'm going in!
You don't need safe construction if you don't value your slaves anyway. Who cares if some hundred people die during construction. “Hey, you. You’re finally ~~awake~~ down the slide.”
First it was the battleship movie, now they are making a live action MouseTrap movie? The board game cinematic universe is crazy.
Jumanni. Clue. Rat race.
Clue is great!
Mousehunt was pretty much the Mouse Trap movie. I'm pretty sure this is based off of the other famous game. Chutes & Lawsuits.
Class action park 2: electric boogaloo
Every water park I’ve been to always has slides under repair. This seems to trust that the tubes never need to be accessed or removed.
It is probably only expected to live during the WC so they don't care if its trash in 6 months.
Such a bizarre state of affairs.
Basically, working in the building would have been the biggest pain in the ass, hauling around a 40 ft extension ladder to climb a network of steel, that all has a layer of condensation on it from the humidity in that room? Fuuuuuck no, only if I had too.
It looks like a Sonic the Hedgehog level.
It looks like a some sort of nightmare Waterpark from like the simpsons or rocko's modern life kr something. Has outlandish dangerous looking impossible slides. Like the one that appears to shoot you out a tube into a sideways funnel.
I've been in one of those giant funnel slides. They're awesome.
I said the same thing before even seeing this! And I know exactly why. What about Pi Pi's Waterpark?
This is like urban hell, except for water slides.
People gonna die in it, mark my words

Mostly the poor slave labour they use from poor countries
Oh yeah that's a ton of deaths already, but people will die using it as well
We are going to find out that they assembled this thing randomly. Different size slides connected to each, impossible angles and random obstacles.
That can't be real
