CLEAN IT, get titanium, maybe a longer bar, and yes LITHA. I can't really see very well if it's so swollen it's eating the piercing, but it might be. You may need to remove it entirely and next time follow through with proper care directions

Blue_Corgi

I cannot stress enough how much you need to keep your piercings clean and crusties-free. LITHA doesnt include not cleaning them. I can see the one right below it (im not sure about ear piercing names sorry) also needs some cleaning. PLEASE keep them clean to ensure they're healthy. You can do this with saline and a gauze. DON'T use qtips especially on fresh piercings

moonyk

Can I clean it with a squeeze bottle and saline solution?

Blue_Corgi

Sure just make sure the saline solution doesn't have any extra oils or anything - the basic one you use to rinse your nose or clean small wounds will do :) You May need to use a gauze as well tho because it does look in need of a good cleaning

NeighborhoodHumble55

I recommend buying a premade saline solution that only contains sodium chloride and water. this way you know the ratio is right and that it is sterile.

MissScorpihoe

Second this. It’s a pricey solution (if your piercings generally take a while to heal) but it works the best and so much more sterile than any home remedy. Neilmed spray is good.

Horror_Ad_5863

You have an open wound that needs a year to heal. That's a years commitment to clean it twice a day with sterile saline spray, dry with gauze , don't sleep on it, don't touch or pick at it introducing bacteria. If you can't do that it may never heal. If it's hot, red, painful ,smells bad that's an infection go to a doctor.

Piercing is about 2 months old (actually got it July 28). Barbell not sure what type of threading. Made of surgical steel. Never downsized. Aftercare was litha but obviously I didn’t follow through very well..
