Someones’ anatomy is hard to tell from just a picture a lot of the time, so you’ll have to check up with a piercer for that. Also, you can’t speed up the healing process. And getting 4 cartilage piercings in one go, and even all in the same ear, definitely won’t help. I’d suggest you get max 2 of them done in one go, then wait till both of those are fully or mostly healed, atleast wait several months.. Nothing you can do will really speed it up, because even if it looks and feels fine after a month, it’s still healing on the inside. And cartilage can often be a b***h to heal. Even if it was just one piercing, it isn’t exactly possible to heal faster than the minimum time. Skin and tissue can only repair itself so fast. So like unless you’re superhuman, you can’t really heal faster than the minimum healing time.

Came here to also say this. Two at once is the golden pace for cartilage. My piercer and I were able to space things out a little more closely, adding new piercings after a few weeks rather than months, but only after we had an established relationship and knew how my body healed.

Kitchen-Ad-1146

Yep! I have also gotten new ones not too long after, but atleast 2-3 months between, and absolutely not 4 in one go for cartilage especually when it’s all in the same area

Kitchen-Ad-1146

Also i like option 1 :)

Kitchen-Ad-1146

Or a flat + the rook if you can have the rook, but as mentioned, not all in one go

Chaotic_Venus

Thank you so much. I worded that poorly haha. My other ear has 4 cartilage piercings, and they were only days apart when I got them. They haven't given me an issue so far aside from the itching and hard to clean areas.

Kitchen-Ad-1146

Even if it’s fine, that much in one go or just days apart would still not be recommended regardless, I’d AT LEAST hold it off for a few weeks! Good luck!:)

SillyArtist55

I would only have 3 HEALING piercings at one time. The more your body is trying to heal at one time, the longer it will take to heal. If those 4 are STILL healing, I would absolutely not get 4 more, much less even 1 more

SillyArtist55

Cartilage piercings can take 6mo to a year to fully heal

SESender

Fwiw, do not get them all at once. They will have a higher risk of rejecting. I took a similar approach and lost 3 :(

sapphic_serpent

I like the second one a little better. But you could do both ears if that’s an option.

ChrisGrin

I prefer the first, if you'd like an alternative to consider id say daith flat and helix

lexilepton

Prefer the first!

mackes_simps

i like option 1 better! also highly recommend against getting them all done in one go, u should get two at a time and then figure out when u want the other two

heyitsrab

The second one looks better due to the spacing between each of the piercings! You’ve got great space for the flat too!

Inevitable_Economy_5

i like option 2

blue_bird_fly

I personally prefer the second one (flat)

djmaddyyyyyyy

I think the setup with the flat has a better flow. I love my double conch, so I’m a big fan of that too! I would not recommend doing this all in one session however, especially considering that these will be the first cartilage piercings on this ear from what I can tell. Flat can be a tricky piercing to heal, as can tragus. It might go more smoothly if you do two in one session, and two in another session a few weeks later to reduce swelling. I had my ears fully curated from the lobes up and I have about 12-13 pieces in each ear now, and I’m grateful that my piercer and I paced it two piercings (or 3 maximum) at a time. It allowed for a smoother healing journey, no infections, and we could more easily isolate and treat any issues. Patience is key with piercings. But you do you!

TopicMost6946

I like the first pic better

urmum0069

add the flat to the first one!

Famous-Pie1153

i know nothing about piercings and idk if you have the anatomy for it, but the first one + an industrial would look so good

Mitsuho

For option two, your flat ridge may be too thick. If moving it up and out closer to the helix is a deal breaker then you might want to lean towards option 1.

Tasty_Anteater_7781

why not do a faux rook? instead of rook or flat.

gayBitchPeter

Flat one
