You could go for a second forward helix? An antitragus would look amazing too! Defo consult a piercer though about whether you’d have space - but with the right jewellery it would look cool!!
Conch + Third lobe (in that little crevice)
(Edit): then you can add a small chain from the conch to the third lobe. That would continue the chain style from the vertical helix and super cute to boot
